I know this is an old video, but you missed an exercise that you can do with them. I bought one of those cheap under desk walking pads and place it in the rack. Now I can use the lever arms for farmer carries. That was a game changer for me.
Very "complete" list! I also do these exact exercises with my lever arms. Quick tip: take a picture with your phone from each setup so you can put the lever arms in the exact position each session.
This man is on a 2x2 titan rack and he is fit... so don't overbuy your racks gentlemen. We're making home gyms, not commercial gyms in the home. Back to the topic: Best video I've seen on how to make use of lever arms. Excellent advice on a number of exercises and arm arrangements! That said, I personally regret the purchase (I bought titan lever arms) because so many of the movements can be done with barbells and dumbbells. It has created redundancy in the system. However, I'm still noob, so maybe I'll come to appreciate the ability to isolate the muscle groups later. Time will tell.
Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.
Amazing video sir. Thank you for taking the time and effort!!!! This is BY FAR the best video on how to use lever arms. For those who have REP racks, the 41” pin safeties can be used in place of a bar. Nevertheless most of the exercises can be done with the native handles. Having said that, a bar gives you a ton of options in terms of grip width that can’t be done with the handles. Cheers
Here's a tip, change the fixed position of up & down movement that attaches to the upwright with a swivel so you can rotate the lever arms outward & inward as well as up & down , it opens up more movements you can do.. Just like a Sorinex hurricane machine .. Appreciate your video.
Listen, your video made me re think a lot about what I have to buy for my home Gym. You made me save a lot of money I'm grateful for your content, thank you!
Thank you for this information Matt. I own a Hulk Fit Pro Series rack, and I just ordered the Jammer arms. Now I see ALL I can do with them and I am SUPER EXCITED!!!
Great video. Thanks for the close-up shots of the modifications you made, that's exactly what I was thinking of doing when I saw this product. Glad to know it works on a 2x2 rack like mine
Thanks for the video! First I had also chains but it’s a bit annoying because on many exercises with weight the starting position is better to be a bit higher. Now I use spotter arms and before loading weight I put some lightweight spacer between jammer arm and spotter arm. After first lift it falls down
Great video. I have the Rival T Series Adjustable arms which negates the need for chains and act as spotter arms also, You have demonstrated quite a few new exercises for me to try. I really want a straight bar attachment to fully take advantage of this great bit of kit. Thanks mate
Superb video! Thank you very much for posting. I didn't understand what 'jammer arms' might be useful for before watching this - you've now introduced their potential brilliantly. Really great work. Many thanks again.
Your channel is my most favorite home gym channel because I learn a lot of gym equipment tips that apply to what I'm interested in. I would like to see your training routines if you want to make videos on them. They must be good judging by your videos. You mentioned you try to get what you need to be accomplished in an hour. I would like to see real-time how you set up/move your lever arms for different training sessions. Or do you set them either high or low depending on what you are working on and leave them there for that session? I have the X3 arms, and they are a pain to move yet I like them.
Thank you Monica!! This is very helpful because I truly don't know what kind of content would be the most helpful, so I can definitely explore trying out some full workouts and seeing how that goes. I'm far from a videographer so hopefully my tripod would suffice 😅 Regarding the lever arms, I've learned to map out my routine ahead of time so I know exactly what I'll need to do with them & when in the session. So, for example, if I wanted to do chest press as the second exercise, I'll often set them up during my rest periods for my initial exercise to save me that extra time! But of course, that depends on your setup and if you able to do that.
@@MattRosenman to me content wins out on video quality every time. You made me laugh when you told your skeleton how well he did lol! Things like that spontaneously are the best, so you obviously have a good sense of humor. Your video quality is definitely more than adequate. I can hear you well also. I don't go to youtube to see professionally made videos. That takes away from what TH-cam is.
Ese aparato es una genial obra de arte. esas extensiones se debo agregar a mi rack personal. de antemano muchas gracias por la idea. eternamente agradecido!
Amazing video.... If i can add something, on the shoulder push press, don't use weights, use resistance bands for explosive movements and not breaking the ceiling lol. Keep making these content my brother!
Bro you have the same situation as me. The X2 rack is so sturdy but Titan gave up on it. BoS attachments work great. I bought some of their roller j-cups and gorilla taped some plywood shims to them, they fit great. I'm about to order those same lever arms and this is giving me a lot of confidence that it'll work well!
Man, unreal video! I just got a pair of these and this gives me a bunch of ideas. The chains really create endless possibilities! Just gotta do some quick math to make sure my rack won't flip over haha.
This was really well done. I love how you didn’t let incompatibility stop you. You found a way to make it work. That’s all that really matters at the end of the day. Good work sir 👍
Thankyou for taking the time to educate us on how versatile and creative we can be with the lever arm. Was contemplating this or the lat/low row combo. Thanks for confirming this is where bang for the buck is.
Great video! I just got my BoS lever arms and was wondering how long is that chain you show in the beginning? If you had to do it over again, would you get a longer chain?
One thing I would add is some straps and handles.. you can do a lot of the moves with more range of motion.. and just to add variety.. it feels like a pulley system almost
LOVE your video and appreciate you spending the time on this. I'm about to buy a Rep Fitness rack and was going back and forth about getting Ares or dual Athenas but hate how its 2:1 and like you stronger than most so hate having to have 400lbs on there to feel 200lbs. I'm curious if you mind the beginning of the exercise? I thought about getting Athenas and hooking cable to lever arm to get resistance at the bottom of the movement.
This video is really great and thank you for that. Im wondering if you could something like dip machine as well? I really like increasing weight with the plates and do dip. thanks
I know this is an old video, but you missed an exercise that you can do with them. I bought one of those cheap under desk walking pads and place it in the rack. Now I can use the lever arms for farmer carries. That was a game changer for me.
That's an interesting idea
Very "complete" list! I also do these exact exercises with my lever arms. Quick tip: take a picture with your phone from each setup so you can put the lever arms in the exact position each session.
That chain idea is boss my man. Keep doing your thing.
Thanks so much for taking the time to demonstrate all of these !

Just got my lever arms up and installed. Thanks so much for this information it is a very valuable research and application tool.
Wow. Had no idea how useful these lever arms would be. On my wish list now.

Did you find a bar that fits going across your iso arms?
Please make more videos on how to use lever arms because you’ve unlocked a lot of ways on how to use this great tool, thanks Bro
I've just learned alot from your video, I have the TDS jammer arms, they fit all 2x2 racks
Awesome! Glad I could help
Great video. Super helpful. Cheers
This video single handedly made me decide these are worth getting as a primary attachment. Much appreciated.
Happy to help. I still use them pretty much every single workout, they're definitely worth it.
Here's a tip, change the fixed position of up & down movement that attaches to the upwright with a swivel so you can rotate the lever arms outward & inward as well as up & down , it opens up more movements you can do.. Just like a Sorinex hurricane machine .. Appreciate your video.
WoW, I didn't know all this was possible. I was on the fence regarding purchasing Lever Arms, but your video convinced me.
Glad I could help!
Listen, your video made me re think a lot about what I have to buy for my home Gym. You made me save a lot of money
I'm grateful for your content, thank you!
Congrats man--your easy and skillful presentation is appreciated
how do you not have more followers? this is quality content
Absolutely superb video - 25 minutes jam packed with great tips and advice.
this is awesome. very creative. thanks
Like the idea of the bar between the arms. I just got the titan arms last month. Great video and exercise variations.
Thanks!
Thank YOU :)
Thank you for this information Matt. I own a Hulk Fit Pro Series rack, and I just ordered the Jammer arms. Now I see ALL I can do with them and I am SUPER EXCITED!!!
Great video, that attachment is a game changer for home gyms
It really is!

Great video. Thanks for the close-up shots of the modifications you made, that's exactly what I was thinking of doing when I saw this product. Glad to know it works on a 2x2 rack like mine
Yeah you can definitely make it work! Not ideal, but works totally fine
Thanks for the video! First I had also chains but it’s a bit annoying because on many exercises with weight the starting position is better to be a bit higher.

Dude, congrats on posting the best jammer arm video on TH-cam!!
Appreciate it!

The hitch pin chain idea is genius!
Thank you!
So good man! I’ve had my lever arms for years and now I’m finally going to get the most out of them. Thank you!
Bruh! This blew my mind! I had only thought of like 1/3 of those on my own, but have been planning on getting jammer arms on my set up!!! Loving this
Annnd now I have lever arms ordered through Amazon and a new TH-cam sub. Great video brother.
Great examples. Thanks for taking the time to make a thorough video. Really enjoy your content.
Awesome video, thank you. Exercises start around 5:10
This is quite amazing. Many of the exercises are safer too, if training alone.
Superb video! Thank you very much for posting. I didn't understand what 'jammer arms' might be useful for before watching this - you've now introduced their potential brilliantly. Really great work. Many thanks again.
Glad it was helpful!
Just ordered bar and titan leg press attachment for bells of steel lever arms
Excellent video mate. Definitely have me thinking about getting these for my wall mounted squat rack. Cheers pal.
Thank you!
Great video. Building a garage gym currently and love all that these lever arms can do.
Enjoy the home gym building process! It's never ending.
I don't usually comment but this is brilliant. Thanks for sharing

How exactly did you make sure the steel rod didn't slip? The one before you got the proper bar.
Bro where did you get the chains from
Your the man !!! This is the video I needed thanks for your effort and time put it! Great physique too dude keep it up ! 💪🏼

Looking to buy the new Hydra arms for my rogue lite rack; that was helpful
The hydra arms will be awesome!

Amazing content and underrated channel.
i never thought i would use leverarms till now!
Awesome walkthrough, thinking about upgrade to get some lever arms! That leg press looks dangerous AF though 😅
U can add foot press plate as attachment for many of your leg exercises.
Man, unreal video! I just got a pair of these and this gives me a bunch of ideas. The chains really create endless possibilities! Just gotta do some quick math to make sure my rack won't flip over haha.
I use my BoS lever arms with the bar from my lat pulldown attachment for tons of things, but got even more ideas from your video. Thanks!
This was really well done. I love how you didn’t let incompatibility stop you. You found a way to make it work. That’s all that really matters at the end of the day. Good work sir 👍
Question: would it be possible to do some sort of lex extension on these? It looks like it would be possible with a little experimentation
Thankyou for taking the time to educate us on how versatile and creative we can be with the lever arm. Was contemplating this or the lat/low row combo. Thanks for confirming this is where bang for the buck is.
My pleasure!
Good work! Really good material and references
Thanks a lot!
Very helpful video, many thanks!
Glad it was helpful!
Awesome idea with the cains. I can't wait to finally use mine. Thanks for the tips!

For the top down back row try adding a cable system that way you can add more weight
Was anticipating this since seeing your Instagram story: great video!!!
Yay! Thank you!
Great video! I just got my BoS lever arms and was wondering how long is that chain you show in the beginning? If you had to do it over again, would you get a longer chain?

Great tip, thank you so much. I love you passion.
solid runthrough - good ideas, thanks for sharing
lovely video. thank you very much !
My pleasure!
Well done! I learned a lot and I appreciate you sir!
You should try doing glute raises with the lever arms set low on the rack probably work wonders
Nice video and lots of good ideas. I just wish the handle has neutral grip like the Titan one.
Great job, thanks for sharing.
Chest press @06:50 was great application 👍welldone........
