    I know this is an old video, but you missed an exercise that you can do with them. I bought one of those cheap under desk walking pads and place it in the rack. Now I can use the lever arms for farmer carries. That was a game changer for me.

    Very "complete" list! I also do these exact exercises with my lever arms. Quick tip: take a picture with your phone from each setup so you can put the lever arms in the exact position each session.

    This man is on a 2x2 titan rack and he is fit... so don't overbuy your racks gentlemen. We're making home gyms, not commercial gyms in the home. Back to the topic: Best video I've seen on how to make use of lever arms. Excellent advice on a number of exercises and arm arrangements! That said, I personally regret the purchase (I bought titan lever arms) because so many of the movements can be done with barbells and dumbbells. It has created redundancy in the system. However, I'm still noob, so maybe I'll come to appreciate the ability to isolate the muscle groups later. Time will tell.

    Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item th-cam.com/users/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

    Amazing video sir. Thank you for taking the time and effort!!!! This is BY FAR the best video on how to use lever arms. For those who have REP racks, the 41” pin safeties can be used in place of a bar. Nevertheless most of the exercises can be done with the native handles. Having said that, a bar gives you a ton of options in terms of grip width that can’t be done with the handles. Cheers

    Here's a tip, change the fixed position of up & down movement that attaches to the upwright with a swivel so you can rotate the lever arms outward & inward as well as up & down , it opens up more movements you can do.. Just like a Sorinex hurricane machine .. Appreciate your video.

    Thanks for the video! First I had also chains but it’s a bit annoying because on many exercises with weight the starting position is better to be a bit higher.
    Now I use spotter arms and before loading weight I put some lightweight spacer between jammer arm and spotter arm. After first lift it falls down

    Your channel is my most favorite home gym channel because I learn a lot of gym equipment tips that apply to what I'm interested in. I would like to see your training routines if you want to make videos on them. They must be good judging by your videos. You mentioned you try to get what you need to be accomplished in an hour. I would like to see real-time how you set up/move your lever arms for different training sessions. Or do you set them either high or low depending on what you are working on and leave them there for that session? I have the X3 arms, and they are a pain to move yet I like them.

    • @MattRosenman
      @MattRosenman  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Monica!! This is very helpful because I truly don't know what kind of content would be the most helpful, so I can definitely explore trying out some full workouts and seeing how that goes. I'm far from a videographer so hopefully my tripod would suffice 😅 Regarding the lever arms, I've learned to map out my routine ahead of time so I know exactly what I'll need to do with them & when in the session. So, for example, if I wanted to do chest press as the second exercise, I'll often set them up during my rest periods for my initial exercise to save me that extra time! But of course, that depends on your setup and if you able to do that.

    • @Niafifia

      @@MattRosenman to me content wins out on video quality every time. You made me laugh when you told your skeleton how well he did lol! Things like that spontaneously are the best, so you obviously have a good sense of humor. Your video quality is definitely more than adequate. I can hear you well also. I don't go to youtube to see professionally made videos. That takes away from what TH-cam is.

    LOVE your video and appreciate you spending the time on this. I'm about to buy a Rep Fitness rack and was going back and forth about getting Ares or dual Athenas but hate how its 2:1 and like you stronger than most so hate having to have 400lbs on there to feel 200lbs.
    I'm curious if you mind the beginning of the exercise? I thought about getting Athenas and hooking cable to lever arm to get resistance at the bottom of the movement.
