Nice work, but the Abiloader from NZ does the same job 2 times faster and closer to the car - so you can park your vehicle as close as opened drivers door to the car beside you! Just search for the Abiloader!

Nice Idea, but you have to make sure no cars (Inconsiderate Dumb Asses) haven't parked 2 feet away from your door not allowing you to use this at all, or even being able to get into the car to begin with. There are so many of these people out there, even when you are parked in a disabled park. It is also dependant on if you can even find a disabled park to begin with. I doubt very much that this would be practical in most circumstances. You have only shown this in an instance of an empty carpark and with the perfect spot available. Show us a busy shopping center with the carpark practically full, and an empty perfect spot, without having to drive around for 30mins to find one, or having to park a long distance away from where you want to be. This case rarely happens. Also what about in the case of being a passenger, someone who does not drive like myself, but the driver can not help put a chair away for you? Finding a park with enough space in this instance is virtually impossible. I think the roof mounted ones would still be far more practical than this in most ideal situations, or in instances where the conditions aren't ideal, folding up your chair, removing the wheels and putting it over your shoulder (for those who are able to do this) and putting it in the back of the car. Thanks for sharing anyway. :D
