    Doctor,
I just want to take the time to thank you!
Your videos helped me diagnose my own issues.
This has been documented at UCLA USC ICI.
Thoracic outlet syndrome surgeries both left & right 1st rib resection.
Herniated disc's in cervical, thoracic, lumbar, with SI tears on both sides.
Over 9 years of back pain and with your videos over the past year I've been able to get better treatment and proper diagnosis.
    You're a TRUE DOCTOR!
    Can't thank you enough!

I've just got over nearly a week long episode of absolute unbearable pain, which started behind my shoulder blade, and the moved into my shoulder and proceeded all the way to my fingers tips.
Pain has finally subsided but I'm left with partial numbness in my pointer and middle finger tips, along with pins and needles. I'm wondering when my fingers will feel normal again! Any tips would be great!
PS No injury, just woke up with it. Also still had full movement of my arm and shoulder throughout. Doctors couldn't figure out and just gave me strong pain relief.

I had a car accident on my left shoulder about 5 eek ago. The -ray result said no bone fracture. then I went to spine center and had a 5 week physiotherapy. But, the pain persisted and was crying every time I have physiotherapy. The Doctor prescribed MRI and I had it and result was complete supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendon with marked refraction of the tendon to the level of genehumeral joint. I cannot lift my left hand more than 10 degree, I can move my finger, fold my elbow but cannot raise my left hand. what shall I do

Hello Dr. Ebraheim. I've watched all your videos of lumbar disc herniation and spinal stenosis. I've been diagnosed with Diffuse Disc Bulge indenting the Thecal Sac at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with Bilateral Foraminal Stenosis at the same. I even have an actual bulge protruding in my lower back the size of an orange. If you have time to be able to make a video sometime about this because I'm trying to figure out how I got this. All I can remember is that I fell on my lower back on a steel bottom door edge about 10 inches high. Thank you for your videos. Very educational.
