    Love mine. Til some roaches moved in. Nested in the bottom. Took forever to figure out where they were even coming from/hiding. Finally realized and bagged everything up w roach bait and decommissioned it for 3 months to be safe. You can still see an exoskeleton where the LED display is 🤮
    Best part of waking up ....🎵🎵

    As a commenter says small cockroaches can get in the machine, not a big problem, happens with a lot of kitchen machines.

    Nice review! Is this Electric Tea Kettle still functioning properly and would you recommend it? I need to know how products hold up over time, thank you.

      Water + Milk killed the heating element. Swirling via the handle while rinsing loosened the handle. Bumping faucet cracked carafe. Roaches nesting in the bottom was pretty gnarly (we live above a restaurant in manhattan). Avoid those things, you should be good. mine was going strong for 5 + years. Just bought another one off Craigslist. But if you don't need all the functions, There are other options. But having tea properly steeped at a given time and kept warm - this is the only one I know of
