I am entering my 3rd week on Zepbound. When I come across people who are brave enough to share their journey I no longer feel alone or guilty for using the medication. Thank you for sharing your experience, it’s really encouraging. 🙏🏾
First, congratulations on starting your journey! I look forward to updates on your progress!
Thank you so very much for the kind words! It makes my heart feel good to know that I’ve inspired others in some kind of way 🙏🏽
Thank you so much. Your updates give me so much encouragement. The positive vibes, the information, the motivation it is just moving me forward. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you for turning in and commenting! It really makes me happy to hear that I’m encouraging others! 🙏🏽
Both interviews are excellent.
Thank you for watching! 🙏🏽
Congratulations. You inspire me. Calm direct and honest. Appreciated.
Thank you! I appreciate that! 🙏🏽
So glad you scheduled for a new sleep study. And as always , congratulations on all the gains from the loss!
Thanks so much! 🙏🏽
Looking forward to getting that done!
RMZ, you are CONQUERING this journey one day at a time and one pound at a time. You have motivated so many of us to do more and not give up even when times get hard. the fact that you put yourself out there and pushed past your comfort zone highlights what a leader you are.
I am glad that you went shopping and decided, nahhhh.. I’m going to need a small size. You’ll be able to go to the Levi’s store and try on multiple pairs in multiple styles with that 34 waist! Going in a department store and finding the size on the rack is a huge NSV.
I am glad that I could offer you a bit of encouragement, but honestly you encourage me for sure. We June 7th Geminis have to make sure that we have each other’s back.
Would you be comfortable doing some workout vids for people who are new and want to learn more about strength training and things they could in the gym? Most of us aren’t athletes and the gym can be intimidating at first.
Take care of yourself and happy anniversary to you and your fantastic wife. Tell her we said thanks for allowing you to continue with the YT videos.
Thank you again, so much! It has truly meant a lot to me personally and June 7th babies, UNITE!
I am glad that I can be an encouragement to others as you and others encourage me.
As far as gym videos, I would have to really think about that. People bringing cameras into the gym is a pet peeve of mine. Taking up space, getting upset when people don't realize they are recording and walk in front of the camera, or posting videos trying to put others on blast.
Plus I am usually going in at 4:30am in the morning so I have limited time to get my workout in, get home and walk my dog, and then get ready for work.
That said, definitely not oppose to talking through things with others and giving advice!
Good stuff. As I mentioned in my comments to you and Christopher, there is not very much male dialogue around these journeys.
I’m also an ex college athlete, and for me it was just a very slow creep up in weight.
I only recently completed week 5 on T2.5 and down 17lbs, but wow this meditation is a game changer.
Also, the secondary benefits are maybe even better than the weight loss.
Thanks for the channel.
I met Sir Charles in Phila, so I love the name of your channel.
Congratulations on the 17 pounds! That’s great news.
As an athlete, you know it’s hard seeing the gain and then not being able to overcome it. I’m so thankful for this medication and all of its benefits.
I’ve always wanted to meet Sir Charles and to see what he says about our resemblance
I agree, until the last few years, I was always able to just cut back on carbs and drop a few pounds. But that has become harder and harder. I was initially skeptical on the medication, but some great doctors encourage me to give it a try. I still am rather surprised how effective it is. I feel great. I was fearful that the added weight throw me into some negative comorbidities which I’ve avoided thus far.
I am back to treadmill, hikes, and hitting the weight room. It’s great to just focus on my health for a while.
As to Sir Charles, I was impressed with what a nice and respectful man he was. He has a great demeanor.
🎉congratulations
Thank you! 🙏🏽
Way to go friend ❤you just made me get up and get in the tread❤
Let’s go! 💪🏽
❤
You’re doing great! Keep motivating us.
Thank you so very much! 🙏🏽

Thank you! 🙏🏽
Congratulations on hitting so many goals! Your wife is getting a new man!
Thank you and she’s still trying to get used to this slimmer version 😂
Congrats- You look great!
Thank you! 🙏🏽
great video and update
Thank you!!
I have sleep apnea every since I stared zepbound I do not snore anymore
That’s awesome! I have a sleep study scheduled for next week, so I’ll see where I’m at with it.
Charles,
In your adventure, how did you decide when to titrate up in dosage?
Was it when you felt you were stalling or was it purely a time-based schedule?
When I started, I was falling the clinical trials. Move up from 2.5 after 4 weeks and then move up every 4 weeks as tolerated.
So I did 4 weeks at 2.5 and 4 weeks at 5. After getting more information from others about not titrating up to fast because there is nowhere to go after 15, I wanted to slow my titration down so I did 3 months at 7.5.
Getting to 10 then became my goal. The trials showed a 1 percentage point weight loss difference between 10 and 15. So I figured if I got to 10, I could maximize my weight loss and still leave two more steps to go should I need it.
I have never hit a stall. I guess I’m a super responder and/or my workouts are keeping me moving.
There is some school of thought that you shouldn’t move up unless you stall. I don’t know if I buy that logic entirely. They say it won’t generate more weight loss which means the only reason not to move up is to slow titration so you don’t max out.

Thank you for the response. I have heard the same thing about being careful about moving up. Also, on the downsized they interviewed a woman who lost 50 pounds and hit her target and never left 2.5.
As for me, I just finished week five at 2.5 and I’m down 17 pounds. So I’m thinking while I have this level of momentum why change anything?
@@user-cu1ne7yw3f I think that makes sense.
