- Koraisuti’r Kochuri Recipe || কড়াইশুঁটির কচুরির রেসিপি || Peas Kachori Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Maida: 700 gm
2. Salt: 2 tspn
3. Sugar: 2-3 tspn
4. Sunflower oil: 4-5 cups
5. Lukewarm water: as required
6. Peas: 1 kg
7. Chopped coriander leaves: 1 bowl
8. Chopped green chilies: 4-5 pcs
9. Chopped ginger: 5-6 inch
10. Normal water: as required
11. Hing: very little
12. Black cumin: ½ tspn
13. Sattu: 1.5 tspn
14. Fried cumin powder: 1 tspn
Procedure:
1. Make a soft maida dough with salt, sugar, oil and lukewarm water and keep aside for 1 hour.
2. Make a smooth paste with peas, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger, salt, sugar and little water.
3. Make all kachories with maid and peas paste.
4. Deep fry all kachories in medium to high heat.
5. Serve hot tasty kachori with potato curry.
