I have started a Carnivore(ish) diet - Red meat, Saturated Animal Fats and Dates - and my Herx really took off. My thermal regulation has improved; my anxiety has gone down and my brain fog is lower than it has ever been. Saturated animal fats are ESSENTIAL for thriving. Humans are HUNTERS; we have been for millions of years.
List of things that Helped Me:
    1. Removing all grains.
    2. Removing all dairy products.
    3. Eliminating all vegetables (vegetables contain high amounts of oxalates and polyphenols that are VERY toxic to our body).
    4. Fasting at least 15 hours per day (helps to speed up Herx and detox).
    5. Adding Saturated fat (from animal meat) + Red meat (most bioavailable form of nutrition for humans).
    6. Learning to relax a little more.
    7. Removing all herbs. They caused a lot of anxiety and fatigue. Which can be a part of detox, but I felt much better cutting them out.
I haven't fully recovered from Lyme yet, but I have never seen such progress before with antibiotics or herbs. A carnivore-ish diet can help a lot of people (I think) with their recovery from Chronic Lyme Disease.
    Stay consistent.
    Stay focused.
    Stay strong.
I believe we can all recover. It takes time and patience and focus.
I hope this advice has been useful to whoever is reading my comment.
    Best,
    Chinmay

That worked excellent for me for 7 years up until I got alpha-gal syndrome from another tick bite. Now I've lost my most powerful tool for anti-inflammation .

Damn man, I think this is the way. I’ve been on keto, IF, got some good results but then I’m like u stupid fuck u can’t eat dairy, too much raw veggies, nuts that weren’t soaked making my possible sibo issue worse. I had enough. Also I wasn’t always eating organic. Now I’m going toward carnivore. Bone broth detox, some organic turkey, grass fed beef, maybe a bit salmon. Will see. Eventually a bit of blueberries, avocado from time to time… if it’s gonna be good sometimes a bit some green banana, dark chocolate or homemade peanut butter to please myself a bit in moderation.

Just started monolaurin therapy last week , I tested negative for Lymes but suspect Mold and or Candida is causing chronic fatigue . Unfortunately , I’m experiencing diarrhea more frequently . Just wondering if this common with Herxheimers reactions ?

Damn I’m trying to figure it out. I’ve been definitly herxing after tinctures - fatigue, tired af, headaches. After oxygen therapy - sezuires. Or maybe this was flaring up? Lately I feel like symptoms are kicking, and some old came back and new coming up, maybe flare.
