I find if you already have a solid straight handstand consistent one and the flexibility somehow already before hand all the other types of entries comes almost for free
I struggle with this: mobility, hip flexor strength, compression and lots of slow eccentrics. Start on a couple of weight plates or something similar then slowly reduce the height
I started daily Handstand and Calisthenics training at 37 I’m now 46. Before that I could hold a 5-8 sec wobbly handstand but struggled to touch my toes
Immense strength my guy 👍👊
Thank you !
Thanks Paul! Exactly what I need!

Yeah multiple reps would be nice 😛 but i guess for now i need to work on my slow eccentrics although i started to get slower eccentrics already
Yes and the slow control will give you the reps
Do u think my stalder press is far from tuck planche press to hs? Not trying to get that now I'm just curious 😅
Yeah it’s similar in hip position but not shoulders/scapula
I'm still learning HS press, do you have a video with tips for this?
Yes I have a few, try this one th-cam.com/video/7FZh3P_s63E/w-d-xo.html
