Bruh mine just flat out didn’t come with the adapter.
Smh check the box to make sure you ain’t throw it away. Also check your version maybe yours are Bluetooth or some shiii like that.
You may have picked up the previous 600 Gen 2 and not the new MAX version.

mine doesnt have a pair button and i have no idea how to connect it to my xbox
Plug the thumb stick in then turn on the headphones, should pair them automatically

We use mine for series x no issues . I don’t have a PS5 but I’m sure it will work also. Check for a PlayStation version or this one should work just have to slide the little dongle on the usb stick to usb

It’s got a separate toggle on the headphone . One for chat one for game play . Hope that helps brotha
Hello I have a question why can't I hear anyone in game chat it keeps saying everyone is mutted I'm so lost please help
Make sure your chat volume is turned up on the headphones on the side and in settings go into sound and adjust them
@@KingLeoAudio my sound and everything is Grey I can't adjust them on the Xbox
@@desireeguevara6654 make sure the usb stick is set to xbox, restart the xbox, update the driver on the headphones by downloading the Turtle Beach app on your pc. I had to update mine.
also might need to adjust the settings in display & sound audio output. Make sure the xbox up to date also
I will check that now because I can see my speaker move when I talk but i can't hear anyone in chat
mine won't pair with my ps5 😩
Make sure to have the toggle on the usb to the correct marker should be usb for ps5. Connect usb then turn on the headphones. If it still wont work you can reset the headphones to factory
