I've had the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 for almost 2 years and my roommate has the Pulse 3D, and the Stealth 600 sound way louder and all around better audio. The mic is also more clear. The audio though, is just way better on the Stealth.
@@craigwilson8255 the leather for the speaker is fading like the gold series, this will be the last PlayStation headset I'll ever buy
when the mic is moved inwards its just to get closer to your mouth the mic has to be moved to the up position for it to be muted and pressing the power button once quickly puts in on superhuman mode.

If you used on PC there's no way to use de different sound modes. It just stop and play music/videos when you push the mode button . Any idea ?
I think the modes are specific for console. But I think if I remember, you can change modes in game of the game on a pc has the option. Ill test
Hello, I troubleshooted this exact problem for over an hour until I figured it out. I'm going to pay it forward by helping you out lol. In the instructions it says that while the headphones are in PC mode, that that's what the mode button does, just plays and pauses what you're listening to. I had to hook it up to my PS5, and make sure the usb dongle was switched to PS mode. Then it allowed me to press the mode button and cycle through the sound presets. I heard the little tones (One tone for preset 1, two tones for preset 2 etc.). Once a preset is selected, it will carry that preset over to PC. Hope this helps, cheers!

I have the 600 Gen when I'm playing online I can hear my friends but they can't hear me so what I'm doing wrong.
You check mute or app settings?

Check the volume on the device and your console
I can’t even talk through it did you need to do something I’m order to talk ?
Make sure the settings on the console for the microphone are set to headset.

Dude your over hyping.
First off the ear cushions are cheap and most likely will wear out in less than a year. In general the headset is really lightweight to the point they feel cheap and could break.
I probably spent over $1,000 dollars on turtles beaches on my first 3 units back in the early 2000’s.
I had to keep replacing because TB’s keep breaking where the ear cup meets the head band, smh!!!!
I know what I’m getting into with TB’s so I did buy these specific ones, can’t beat $99.99 on Amazon. These are my backups when my steel series 9’s kick the bucket…in transition to buying a plus $200-$300 superior brand that I haven’t decided on until I research some more!!!!!
Early 2000s and what they have no is light years different. I've tested last years model and they still look brand new. I take care of my stuff well and I also use them a lot but never had that issue. Never had them break either. And you spent over 1k on 3 units? Come on 😆

You slamming it? Sounds like it might nit be a related issue? Check the warrenty

You can even test the mic in console settings to hear for yourself. Mine are 2 years old and sound great.
