Chinese j-200 says Gibson under headstock DECAL! I AM a Faker!

- After I made the unboxing video I noticed the headstock has just a big decal on it. When I pulled it back it said GIBSON!
The quality coming out of China is amazing these days. That's a sweet guitar
It's a REAL guitar ! Just not a Gibson. It's okay. It looks GREAT on stage !!
I love this guitar after 2 years still looks new!
They do that to avoid seizure of the guitar during customs inspection.
What are you complaining about? You ordered a fake Gibson and you got one.
He knew exactly what he was buying. And he could have ordered a differrent decal not gibson.

Fake it till you make it. Not everyone can drop stacks on gear 🙄. People ask for the headstocks blank, sometimes they come blank and sometimes they don’t. Cover it if you want to. Don’t cover it who gives a shit. Just be cool about it and tell people, yeah it’s fake? Wanna make something of it. If people say “it’s a fake one because I want a Gibson but can’t afford it.” Then what’s the big deal? Just don’t sell it as real or play it off as legit.
All far east made fake j200s look beautiful. I used to have one marked Gerley, which I bought back in 1983, in Athens Greece. They still made such j200s in Japan in those days. Of course it was all laminate and though not bad, I am sure that it sounded nothing like the real thing, which I didn't have to compare it with, of course. Much later on - in 1997 - I bought myself a Guild JF-55 and I found out for myself, the huge sound quality difference between an expenssive all solid wood Jumbo and all laminate one.

Man I hope mine looks that good. All I asked for was no pickup and a bone saddle. They sent me pictures without a pickguard after it was shipped so I hope that's just a stock photo. At this point I don't know if I've seen the actual one they sent me. Hoping for that 3 piece neck as well. Says it's in New York customs.
What tuners does it have?
The inspired by Gibson Epiphone J200 is better than these Chibsons. They still cost more though but you could of saved a little longer...
