Please clear this doubt.
1. Balanced low fat Diet. Vegetarian
2. Exercise for flexibility.
2` yoga and walking/ jogging for 30 minutes
3. Stress free life. Meditation
4. Regular medical check up with ultrasound.
5. Maintain height weight ratio. Manage BMI.
6. Quit Drinking and smoking.
