The SPB 185 kinda provides best of both worlds. Undercut on the case is similar to the Willard but instead of being too unique of a shape, it still provides more traditional styling. Also, the casework on the 185 is very crisp. The brushing is very fine and you have those sharp transitions to the high polish. I also like the added benefit of the hard coating to prevent scratches.
Apologies if I didn't refer to that as the Willard in the video. I often film unedited and don't play back, but definitely listed it as such in the description. I personally still consider it a "turtle" case but hear you!

As Seikoholics we call that the Willard and not the turtle. And we don't choose... We buy em all... Got the 143,151 and 187.
P. S. WE NEED HELP

I hav the mm 300 and slightly smaller wrist than u but it still feels ok Seiko r very clever at making larger watches look smaller great review
Seiko does a terrific job keeping larger case sizes manageable. I personally just picked up my first Tuna and love it!
Could you redo the video adding the spb317? That way I don't have to watch other videos;)
I think we have one in stock. Email what you'd like to see and I'll try to get it done for you. brad@brentlmiller.com
