I can’t believe you left the rubber bushing (next to the shaft,around the bearing) in it. When it falls,it will cause an unbalance on the blower wheel,which will produce an obnoxious noise,and if left unserviced, will eat away the bearings! Pay more attention on the provided “ INSTALLATION MANUAL” You guys can do better than that!
