Installing a 24 Volt Thermostat On a Mitsubishi System Using A Thermostat Interface - PAC-US445CN-1
I go through the installation of a Mitsubishi thermostat interface. It's really not that complicated but I also explain why we did it which is because the MHK2 thermostat was overshooting the temperature and our elderly customer was not a fan of it in general. We installed an easier to use thermostat and she has been very happy with it ever since.

How Much Do HVAC Techs Make? Not What You Think...
มุมมอง 2.8Kหลายเดือนก่อน
I go over some of the truth about how much HVAC technicians make. It's not always as good as you think but sometimes it's better than you thought it would be. It's not too crazy to make six figures in this industry once you're a little bit established. I also talk a little bit about union pay and how that differs from non-union pay. Thanks for watching. #hvac #trades #money
How To Get A FREE HEAT PUMP Installed - HEEHRA/HEAR Rebate Program Explained

I explain how to get a free heat pump installed by the government. It's not as hard as you'd think if you find a contractor willing to go to the process of the rebates with you. There are no catches except for the fact that you need to do an installation that qualifies and you have to be within the income brackets to qualify for the installation yourself. • @SurfBrosHVAC
      @SurfBrosHVAC 18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      On these high rises replacing the ball valves it a big task as we can either attempt to do it with a pipe freeze kit or schedule a water shut off to the stack which no building wants us to do. This building is not that old and the existing ball valves were in good shape so the homeowner didn't opt to do anything. Water quality in this building is also very good. We haven't ever had to flush a coil which is surprising because we are in there all the time

    At 4:16 - are the fresh kids entering the field that are 1) highly intelligent, 2) good communicators, and 3) motivated towards success the ones making over 6 figures after several years into their career (assuming a HCOL city)? Will these same success-driven kids make close to $200k after 10+ years into their career assuming a regular 40 hour week? I only ask because intelligent and motivated kids like these are highly sought after by employers and have many career choices, including going to college and working a high paid office job (in a HCOL city) with additional benefits that might be less common in the skilled trades, such as 401k matching, more generous vacation and sick policy, hybrid work week, flexibility to easily take care of a sick family member and lastly (partially) paid time off for the birth of a child.

      I think maybe taking over an existing business would be better if it is already operating smoothly. My work life balance is horrendous and if I had a family it would be borderline not doable unless I had a very on board spouse that was down to handle all or most of the back end stuff. Meeting with suppliers, brand representatives, clients, prospective employees, other companies, etc. Just a whole lot of things that eat your time away.
