He actually does drop a few gems. They’re subtle but he lays out how to properly structure your company. Follow closely when he says that he figured out how Wall St. has been doing it. He’s actually 100% right. As for him wanting clients…that’s kinda expected, right? Idk, he has been through it and now wants to be paid for his knowledge.
He gives a few pieces of actionable advice actually, and even says what to do and what it’s used for. He’s not going to give a step by step as he runs a business that does this. He gives enough info so you know it exists, the perks, good first steps, and then call him for more.
Yea they sale their service kick off I believe is the app I believe they lend $750 to anyone for any reason try that route if you're looking to get a good credit score for a buisness use the ein number when applying hopefully that helps you
It isn't that much and it is a one time fee. I have tried to build corporate credit on my own and it is really difficult. Maybe set up a zoom meeting with him. He deserves to make money for his knowledge and it isn't an unreasonable amount if you end up with corporate credit in the end. Advertising campaigns are more expensive than this. Just got off a zoom with him. You need people with a more knowledgable skill set so you can grow in your own knowledge. Don't try to reinvent the wheel--trust me, I have been like that and it just leaves you frustrated.

I learned this about 10 years ago before that I couldn’t get anyone to give me anything for my biz. When I learned this I was able to open 4 accounts within a week
@ takes no time to open the account but after you make your first payment it takes about 3-6mo for them to start reporting to credit dept. I was able to have an A biz credit within 9mo to a years. Biz credit is much easier to maintain and much more forgiving. It’s scored with letters A, B, C, D, etc. you can sign up for Nav to track your biz credit it’s free. Just open an easy trade account like quill make the first payment and you’ll be off to the races building your biz credit. Just make sure you have your D&B number which acts as your biz social security number

Are you doing business with the farm under your name or business with the financial aspect of your day to day operations? I would not be rezoning anything near a farm under ag zoning out to commercial for the short sided view that the district wouldn't use this opportunity to get more land around you zoned commercial and then ALL taxes go up, I'd check with your local leasing laws of ability to lease a parcel of the land say .5 acres to an acre to a company, guess it's going to depend on the long view of the land and business and or the retirement plans for the thoughts of what you have suggested. Do your homework and check out the risks you would open up if they are not something you can give coverage on or exit plans in place so your not trapped by the end up costing you fortune on the next year's taxes. Not to mention it would then attract the companies and small business owners abilities to get Land near it bought cheap and rezoned to work on there business with you opening the door, they have to hold meetings for the rezoning and what not to get clear outlines proposal out and hear and address concerned owners and tax paying community members.
