Yup the castle next to Hero's Square is a small copy of Corvin Castle in Transylvania to commemorate the thousand years old Hungarian state. (and back then Transylvania was still part of Hungary and Corvin Castle was the home of John Hunyadi who was a great military leader (fighting against the Ottomans successfully) and then regent of Hungary in the 15th century and also he was the father of Matthias Corvinus later King of Hungary)
One of the best videos that I have ever seen. I swear that Budapest, Hungary must be a tourist’s ultimate destination!
There is sooo much to do in Budapest! Glad you enjoyed the vid 🤗
No doubt ,Hungary is a very beautiful country. After seeing ur videos ,I wish to come on that place .
The resemblance between Vajdahunyad Castle and Corvin Castle in Romania is because Vajdahunyad Castle was meant to be a close copy of Corvin Castle. You can also see it in the name: vajdaHUNYAD and the Corvin Castle in Hunedoara. Hunyad is the Hungarian name for Hunedoara. It used to belong to Hungary until WW1
Wow Budapest looks amazing!! Can't get over how stunning all the architecture is! Really beautiful video guys!
wow c'est très agréable et très joli la Hongrie
Great video of your time in Budapest Hungary. The architecture there is really fabulous and glad that you were able to capture some at night with the beautiful lights.
It was really so great to get out on the water at night, definitely a must do in the city!

This is a wonderful tour. I have never visited Hungary but feel it should be on my list…looks wonderful. Keep up the good work, from a new subscriber 🙏❤️👍
Beautiful city and the video is very good. Sammy You looks great ;), all the best.
I live in Budapest ❤
Lost count how many times I have been and I am still not bored. Ive been 3 times in 9 months and I am going again in 3 weeks. But my wife is Hungarian lol
Awsome you guys
, another beautiful hot spot. I got to see some of it when I was little.
You guys make every corner of the word, shine bright. And it's true every country has nice spots.
However, I would refrain from making statements like: the largest parliament building., as there is a larger one next door in Bucharest, that closely rivlas the size of the Pentagon.
Or the Ny Cafe, that it's the fanciest in the world,, as there may be others..
Just state awsome , and that will be good enough for all of us.
Thanks and keep up the good work. Keep on traveling
Thanks for your kind words!
This was a great video I'm going in May on my own for 4 days
Next week!❤

Nice Hungary Travel Guide 2023
very nice ❤
Nice!! 😎 👍
A wonderful tour of our city! Thank you for showing some of the highlights.
A few tips to add from a local:
If you ask for a pogácsa it is pronounced "Pogacha" (the first a is sounded as in attic). Otherwise it sounds like your asking for something in Polish. :)
The "cs" is pronounced "ch".
Only the "sz" is pronounced the English "s".
The stand alone "s" is pronounced "sh".
Come to Budapest, it's amazing here!
Thanks for the tips and corrections. We can’t wait to explore more of Hungary!
Sammy, I'm just going to come right out and say what everybody is thinking... your husband has a great head of hair. I bet he uses some fancy shampoo like Pantene Pro-V or Vidal Sassoon.
He really does! It’s not fair 😂 🤣
Did you miss the Columbo statue?
💙💙💙💙
It's noq 1 year since you guys were in Vietnam, do you guys miss it? And your parents, they doing good? Hope u come back to Vietnam soon ❤
Stay tuned! We will hopefully be back very soon :)
When's your birthday?
Love this video, very informative. Could you let me know what day and time you went to the Szechenyi Thermal Bath, I want to try avoid busy times. And do you know if you have to wear a bikini or if you can wear an actual full swimming costume? I just don’t feel comfortable wearing a bikini if I’m being honest 😂 And sorry, do you know roughly the time that the parliament lights turn on? I want to go on the cruise but trying to figure out the time for when the lights come on so I can book it for then or maybe sunset? 💙
Thank you! We went right at open on a Tuesday , I think 7 am, def get there right at open! I’m not sure about the swimwear but you could check there website, and we went on the 8pm cruise and the lights had come on around 8:15/8:30pm I’m sure that changes with time of year and whenever it gets dark etc. Have the best time!! 🤗
Hey! What time of day do you guys recommend going to New York Cafe to beat most of the wait time? I’m going in late June
We went 10 minutes before open and there was one other person there and filled up within 20 minutes. We were there around the same month I think. Enjoy, such a great city!
Cheers for that
Please tell us names of restaurants you ate those also the sweet ❤
Was it New York Cafe? It might be in our food tour video!
Where is the location of the ruin bar you went too?
We went to Szimpla Kertmozi!
What is it like in January? As me and a friend are going in January 2024 staying in Heroes Hotel in the Pest side. Would welcome any tips?! Thanks. Also is there many halal food options?
We were there in August, not sure about January! Enjoy your trip!
@@SammyandTommyOkay ! Thank you for the tips much appreciated!
Legendary/mythical(myth means pertaining to the divine and now you think myth means something false)Palma de Mallorca is the most visited city per square mile in Europe & the second most visited city in the world per square mile & in 2023(most tourists ever in the history of Mallorca)it is expected to be the most visited city in the world per square mile.Look it up.....
How many days did you stay in Budapest?
We were there for about a week but you can do everything with 3/4 days!
can we live in disneyland yo
I'm going to guess that Tommy is a Scorpio and Sammy is a Gemini.
Interesting!!! Tommy is a Leo and I’m Taurus 🫶🏼🫶🏼
lets say it together
po-gá-csa
I am surprised you can not pronounce DANUBE. not even close
Why people dont learn how to pronance Budapest??? and is not Hungary.is MAGYARORSZAG.
Budapest is pronouced Budapesht - notice the SH at the end.... pogácsa you butchered that name also :)
I guess the english pronounciation of Budapest triggers everyone equally, because it takes very little effort to find out the correct pronounciation, which is also pretty easy for someone who speaks english. But can you blame her for pogacsa? 😄Messing that one up is totally fine..
NOT Buddha! Buda + Pest = Budapest.
