You might want to checkout Pecron power banks. The E1000lfp has a 20 amp 12 volt with self heating batteries or the E3600LFP has a 30 amp 12 volt outlet. Both use a XT60 connector for high amp 12 volt outlet. If you are using a diesel heater the E1000lfp with self heating batteries will keep it running in the cold temps. Great video and if I was going to run a diesel heater it would be the LF Bros.
Very well thought out video and I really appreciate the info on all the models. I have seen reviews on this heater many times but I'm sorry, $600 just to get side vented exhaust and a car gas cap and no app??? I have a Vevor $125 diesel heater and yes, it is cheaply built but I have used this on over a dozen trips and it has never leaked and I keep it inside the truck. I added 2X4 to the legs to boos it off the ground and have no issues attaching the exhaust and intake line. Would it be nice if they were on the side, of course, but not for that extra cost. The Vevor has worked perfectly every time and it does have altitude compensation which worked just fine at 11,000 feet in Colorado and it also has a nice app. I did replace the fuel pump with a quieter one and I can not hear it at all while in my RTT. Using your Diesel heater in thermostat mode is a joke, don't bother. Use the venting in your tent to adjust temperature. I guess if you are using this every weekend or enough to justify the cost than OK. The Bro's heater is definitely better built but in my opinion not $450 better. At $125, the Vevor is pretty hard to beat. If I had to replace mine right now I would say I got my $125 worth out of it.
I hear ya. Thanks for all the feedback. LF Bros does have the base model N2 for around $200. That's not much more than the Vevors and I personally think the extra features make it worth price difference. I've had so many issues with the standard diesel heaters. But again. Thanks for the input.
I'm considering it when I get a camper topper setup. But for now, it depends on the length of the power cord and trying to find the sweet spot between the shortest hot air line and not having it too close to the tent due to the fan noise. Also making sure the exhaust is ported properly and won't get anything too hot. So I usually put it on the tailgate.

I'll have to check those out, thanks for the tip!
Great info on the LF bros.

I must’ve missed burn time on tank full.
I'll do a follow up to show burn time and power usage. The LF Bros holds 5L of diesel vs the standard 2-2.5.
Why not mount the LF Bros inside the truck?
