  • I recently purchased a Fujifilm XT3 to replace my old Lumix G85 to use as a backup camera to my GH5. If it had IBIS it might have become my main camera. I've been getting more into photography so that also is what led to the idea to pick up the XT3. So far I'm not sure if I'm going to keep it very long or resell it and pickup a full frame Lumix or maybe a Sony or a Canon. That's a topic for another discussion.
These photos were all taken in northern Michigan. I switched the film simulations a few times so I can't tell you what I use. All of these are straight out of camera JPEGs. The last place that we went to is a trail in Johannesburg, Michigan. Supposedly the land was left there by the guy who created the Filet o Fish at McDonald's. It's called the Louis M. Groen Nature Preserve and it's a great little trail. I recommend it if you're in the area. The other "trail" we walked down earlier on in these photographs is the Aspen trail in Gaylord, Michigan. There are several trails there but I'm pretty sure it's the Aspen trail. It was nice but I'm not a fan of paved trails as they seem to tire me out a lot faster. Just like I always preferred running barefoot on grass for maximum speed when I was younger.
