Decided to schmix
Rellana's theme, but it has parts from the DLC reveal trailer.
From the Elden Ring DLC, "Shadow of the Erdtree"

Wow this sucks lol
pin of shame
Loser ahead
@@shawmiserix404 I'm sorry it just does. Wjen compared to the base game ost, this just sounds so, souless. ya dig? lol
@@jerrbear5958 No, this is great. That violin riff is amazing. You're entitled to your opinion, and shaming you for it is odd, but I certainly do not agree.
@jerrbear5958 I wouldn't say soulless, but I agree it does sound inferior, the trailer music was meant for a trailer, it was the way it is because it was in a trailer. Renalla's actual theme fits her much more.
The newer version feels like its for the Twin Moon Knight, the old one is for the Sword of Messmer
This, this is a euphoric experience. You made me appreciate Rellana's version all the more by intertwining it with the trailer version. Good lord the chills...
1:10 - 1:50 is actually fire
This
I looked so hard for that violin riff only to realize it had been cut
Yeah that part is sick
@@captaincorundum9788it is in the released theme too but it’s really quiet.
Search for the official release theme (one that is 4:13 seconds long) and roughly 1:17 minutes in you’ll hear the violin. The trailer version is better tho
I’m so sad they scrapped that part of the OST entirely. It gave such strong Gael vibes. I think it’s also appropriate too, with her current OST being evocative of the moon with the trailer music reflecting her unrequited longing for the fiery genocidal maniac.
While some bosses get shredded by status effects or certain kinds of elemental damage, Carian princesses seem to be vulnerable to mentally unstable redheads
Imagine falling in love with your twin sister’s ex-husband’s estranged stepson
no one cares nerd
@@aceoffours9354 The start of Messmer and Rellana's involvement with each other most likely preceded Radagon's marriage to Renalla.
WE DON'T KNOW IF IT'S UNREQUITED, HE JUST HAS MOMMY ISSUES
@@aceoffours9354 Radagon isn't Messmer's stepdad, they're blood related. It is heavily implied that Messmer is Radagon's direct child.
While I adore the final version that we got, I really wanted the reveal trailer version too, they could've shifted the music to that when she turns phase 2, or maybe at least include it with the Deluxe Edition.
What we got is good because the original one is great.
@@AntiSocialismo50 Oh absolutely! And I’m extremely happy with it regardless. ❤🎉
@@HeyTarnished when i say original, i am saying the not relanna theme but the original from what the remix comes from
The real version was sorely missing that low choir. Perfect remix because of that
I think the smaller orchestra and exclusively female choir fits Rellana well. though I do miss the sheer epicness of the huge choir
I must thank this game. I got to play Sekiro again... but with Knights this time!
PS: If you're a Strength build with a colossal sword or ultra greatsword, you are legally required to yell "ROBERTOOOOOOOO!!!" whenever you fall to your death.
If you overlap Rellana's theme starting at roughly 3.5 seconds, then overlap it with Sir Alonne's theme, then it sounds like one song.
Like doesn't anyone else think Rellana's theme and Sir Alonne's theme sound incredibly similar, and even when Sir Alonne's theme ends, Rellana's theme finishes it off with the remaining minute and 4 seconds, or just overlap it with the extended version.
Does it?
@@ivarramirezpaulsen8212 well what do you think
Well shit sounds like we need another twin moon knight theme mashup
@@cataclysmicacedia824 there's more?
Fuck yes, this is what I wanted.
Fellow Tarnished,
thy prowess befits a crown.
the vibes are VIBING fellas
very strong sir alonne vibes in this version. i love it!
ikr
Foul trespasser send word far and wide, Rellana of the Twin Moons and the cleansing crimson flame she wieldeth.
While I do understand the in game version we got is more appropriate for Relanna as a bossfight and characterization, I still HATE how from keeps doing this where the trailer version of their songs just has a bit extra that I find way better than the official release. Suluvahn’s theme for DS3’s trailer, Sister Friede in Ashes of Ariandel, even Radagon’s theme in Elden Ring’s release trailer. And now Relanna. Again these are all good even the versions we got but I want more
THIS is the official version and in our hearts we all know this is it.
Someone should mod this into the actual fight if that’s possible
omfg it's soooooooooooo much better... thank u for making this
I honestly prefer this over the in-game version
1:12 into 1:24 has the same feeling as twin princes phase 2 ost cutting in at scripted parts of the phase 1 theme, so cool
I did like this version initially but it seemed to get old really quick as I went back to the original version. Probably due to the repetitive choir sections. Whereas with the original version it felt more sophisticated, more befitting a noble lady and a knight such as Rellana.
it gets old cause its not made by a professional. THe oone from the game is a disgrace. They ruined the violin part.
so much better
They really cut the most eargasm part of the soundtrack.
if Yuka Kitamua made rellana's theme
better than the dlc version
Not hard to do, I think. Rellana's theme is the least interesting piece of remembrance boss music in the whole DLC. At least it's original, I guess.
@@kimlee6643 no, there is gaius
@@AntiSocialismo50 Not counting a reuse, cuz that's overkill.
I think it sounds good.
I would have flipped shit to hear that guitar riff in game, just saying.
If someone can make a mod and have this replace her Boss theme with this version, I would greatly appreciate it!
1:18 oh. wow.
I personally prefer the base game version but this one is cool too
can you upload this somewhere directly cuz youtube compression
Part two when?
Rellana's version is mediocre. It's so whiny that I actually often lower the music volume when fighting her. She really didn't deserve the power of the trailer version, and it's not like they could just use this twice, so I guess it was for the best.
