All tutorials are about only one scene, but nobody shows how to adjust lighting for room with all walls and with small window. It's much harder especially with Eevee.
it's hard to go with Eevee on artificial lighting alone, you don't have good shadows, no ies lights, no light nodes, the render will suck! With Eevee night scenes, and with outdoor lighting, you will need to put volumetrics, godrays and contrasted colors to make it look interesting. I still think with Eevee you can do day lighting, sci-fi stuff with bloom, fast animations,etc.. Cycles is more accurate if you want to get a room with minimum outdoor lighting.
