I bought a 30.5 mm filter with 2 stops of light and by combining the filter, the f8 and the f11 you achieve 4 different light inputs at 1/100. And of course I use the cable release for other fractions that I have been practicing by ear (Also for long exposures with a tripod, and for double exposures). I hope the information is useful to everyone
I just bought the newer ektar and I can’t wait to try it out. Just a question, on the H35N we need to use the camera on a vertical position to shoot landscape and horizontal to have a portrait mode, correct ?
Switch the flash on but with the battery out. That will get you f8 without the flash. Works for the H35N, but not the H35.
@@theaussiewhinger nice tip. Thanks. What happens if you try to do it on the H35?
@@Wongsquared No change in the aperture, in the H35 is fixed to f11
