4 inch Concreat 1000 squre feet എത്ര ചിലവാകും? റിപ്ലൈ പ്ലീസ്
According to steel rod size, slab thickness is 8cm and according to size of metal, thickness is 8 cm. Approx 3.25 inch. And according to Indian standard slab thickness is not less than 12.5 cm that is approx 5 inch . But most of Kerala houses construction, normal thickness is 4 inch for concrete slab. Is that all illegal..? Please reply
legally no clause on the thickness of slab. even in the building rule there is no specific thickness for slabs.
but a qualified engineer should practice is 456 standards ie, 5 inch

Is 456-2000 is very clear: Normal slab and Flat slab design is different. Flat Slab ന് മിനിമം depth 125 mm ആണെങ്കിൽ 3.50 metre വരെ Span ( Shorter Span) ഉള്ള സാധാരണ സ്ലാബിന് Span depth ratio L/ 32 എന്നു് Is - 456-2000 ൽ വ്യക്തമാണ്.
Nominal Mix proprtion 1: 1.50: 3 യും തെറ്റായ രീതി തന്നെ.Vlog ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഒന്നുകൂടി Home work ചെയ്തിട്ട് ആവാം.
