You could consider an old vicon wagtail on the TE20 - would be nice to have a proper job for it as well! Very light on ground with a more accurate spread pattern than a disc spreader. Easy to get parts for too! Wouldn’t hold the half ton though but no big issue when you already have the bag chute.
I fully agree with your synopsis on the quad spreader. Ideal for the poor spring we are after just having. I am delighted that I bought mine. The opening and closing mechanism on mine is on a lever and cable that I bolt to the quad which is a brilliant job. Quick tip, if you lock your steering wheel and reverse back till your back wheel meets the drawbar you can reach the handles at ease. Keep up the good work lad.
We have had a quad sower for years and the handle for engaging the spreading plate is a wire, same as the loader controls which secures to the quad via a bracket. Excellent job!
Glad you liked and felt the quad bike bin was a useful bit of kit, but like you say you've got other things on your list that need your money. It would be useful if the supplier rented out stuff like this, then you could use it for the odd time you want. Have been watching Tom Pemberton and he's been having issues with the grass not growing as well, so it seams to be an issue everywhere in this part of the world. Don't forget to take a break, even if it's for a cup of tea. 👍🤗
Spray silicon grease for the squeaky seat. Wd-40 only cures it for a short while then it dries out and it will be as bad again. lovin the footage and the the content. Great channel. Thanks very much.
Looks like your cracking on with those jobs and not too far behind due to the wet spring. Silage next so 3 weetabix in the morning from now on Adrian 🥞
Great to have mid week bud thank you. On the filling the roller with water do you drain for the winter or do you leave it full and if so would a couple of gallon of anti freeze help to stop it freezing up.
Great thing to wear the helmet.. health+safety..😉 I can't make out why it sits so high on your head though? I've worn a lot of helmets and never had one perched on my head like yours😇 Hey ho, fair play making the videos... nice to see neat and tidy work👍😉
Hi ,I have a zax 902 sower and mine was not opening properly on one side The problem was the ball joints on the adjusting stops were seized .fixed with new ball joints
Thanks for the update. Why do you not invest in some type of a Power Grader and fix your roads. There between $800 to $1500 and can be used with a ATV. It would pay for itself in the long run.
Wouldn’t be allowed to touch public roads lad, if we did and someone damage a wheel or even worse then we’d be accountable. We do fill some of the larger potholes though each year and I open up the road side drains myself
I was following a fella who didn't strap his bags down on his trailer as well as you do Adrain. We had great fun sweeping and shovelling 2 tonnes of 10-10-20 off the main road.
We normally move the older silage to the front when the loader man comes, it was emptied 2 years ago and will be again this coming winter. I wouldn’t let silage sit more than 2 years if it can be helped
I know of a farm where a silage pit full of silage was sold where the grass silage had never been opened and was in the pit st least 14 years and was in perfect condition
Hello Adrian. Just a thought: You have a lot of advertising space going to waste on those slurry walls and gable ends. At the very least, in my humble opinion, you should have your brand, IFarmWeFarm, spray painted on your silage pit wall in huge font, as a back-drop to your videos. Tractor manufacturers and farm-machinery suppliers would be 'chomping at the bit' to get space in front of your audience, not to mention your local Co-op. God bless your industry and vitality. You have some engine! P.S. Maybe some U.S. Republicans would sponsor Make America Great Again!! Got to be very specific when mentioning republicans . . . ! :- )
😂😂 I had to check my calendar 🗓️too! 😅😅😅! It's definitely Wednesday but always happy to watch Adrian and family making the land work! 👌🏴
Great to have a mid week video Adrian.. a real treat 👍
Cracking video. Always worth waiting for. Keep up the good work Adrian

Often thought about that, be very cheap to buy used and would give the 20 something to do as well. Good point Andy
I'd love to see the 20 with a wagtail aswell!
Yes, have had one on a Dexta, a 35x and now a 135 for years. Great job and very easy on soft ground.

Nice to see videos during midweek. Always enjoy your ability to explain what you're doing.
Great video.what i always do if a pin or shaft ect is seized and wont take grease is apply some heat to it to melt the hard crusted up grease.
Yes that works a treat James 👍

Great video Adrian as always 👌
Good video
Nice job done your very skillfull farmers fair play to u. Really enjoyin hour vids keep them coming.
Mudguards, flexible ones, would be a good addition especially on the quad
Great video Adrian. Enjoyed watching 👍🏼
Looks like your cracking on with those jobs and not too far behind due to the wet spring. Silage next so 3 weetabix in the morning from now on Adrian 🥞
Great video I most say you have a great spread of land and look very well,

Adrian keep the quad bike spinner
Everyone is busy ATM! Don't forget to stop and smell the tea once in awhile :D
Great thing to wear the helmet.. health+safety..😉

Great to see the Wednesday video 😊
Great video Adrian keep it up👍😀
Love the mid week video Adrian, so enjoyable, God Bless,, regards from Omagh 3m😁
A great midweek video really good now we’ll done ✔️
That must be a lovely job on the quad for paddocks, only thing you have to entertain yourself due to no radio😃
Hi ,I have a zax 902 sower and mine was not opening properly on one side
The problem was the ball joints on the adjusting stops were seized .fixed with new ball joints
Nice job the quad spreader what about a set of mud flaps on the back to stop is throwing up mud
super job done. thank you
Can you use the 3 point linkage brackets on the back of the roller to lift it? Either with the roller filled with water or empty.
Great video Adrian
Great to have a mid week video 👍😀
Great video Adrian 👀👍👍
Wen I worked on farm we filled roller with old engine oil ,
Make sure you cover the silage pit de right way this year as u said u covered it de wrong way last year
Super reviews.
have you many cows bulled yet Adrian? if so could you do a video on bull selection etc?
Great idea
Cool drone footage

love from Nepal❤❤
Cracking job Adrian what day is it 😂👍👏
How are you getting on with the Ferguson 20 🤠
Try a ring roller Great job
Is it a diesel atv, if not could be expensive way of fertiliser spreading. Handy m/c though, well impressed with the amount it took in one go.
pretrol so it is
Come in handy that drill.
You run a nice operation.all the best to you family and you. Massey all the way, John Deere 🥴😰
Adrian do you film with the drone while driving the tractor or is someone else doing that for you?
You should move your draw bar back 4 inches
Would the Massey lift that roller full of water Adrian 👍🏻
Oxide paint not good for cattle if roller left n grazeing field if cattle start licking it ?just wondering
No lead in oxide paint anymore . No risk now
I was following a fella who didn't strap his bags down on his trailer as well as you do Adrain. We had great fun sweeping and shovelling 2 tonnes of 10-10-20 off the main road.
As I say every day is a school day.
I fertilised a road myself many moons ago 🙈🫣 wasn’t my finest moment
Must be the first Sunday during the week 😂😂
Jobs jobs jobs no stopping ya .
Till the next one I watch ya then 😊
Your spreader looks the business
I have 215 balance so for in 1st cut
Why don't you put some wide mud flaps like that they are on lorry trailer on the quad
How do you manage emptying the silage pit if you keep putting new stuff in on top? Do you have to dump it at some stage?
We normally move the older silage to the front when the loader man comes, it was emptied 2 years ago and will be again this coming winter. I wouldn’t let silage sit more than 2 years if it can be helped
I know of a farm where a silage pit full of silage was sold where the grass silage had never been opened and was in the pit st least 14 years and was in perfect condition
What weight would the roller be when full🤔
Hi Adrian what spread width did you get with ATV spreader ?
15 meters
Nice one Adrian
looks like the cows were standing under the tree to keep out of the rain that night thats why the ground was cut up badely round the gate
I thought the spread width was a lot wider on the quad sprayer?
It fires most of it in one direction because it only has one spinner
Adrian leave the roller in the shed and your paddocks will be drier
The evil knievel of farming😂😂
If u go in and spread the paddock the day before the cows graze it ull hav no splashes or get make up a set of mud guards for the bike
reverse and jack knife the spreader and that handle will come closer to you. You wont have to reach as far!
Well
Rich man
👍👍❤🐂
