Traveling down the road is second nature but still dangerous. We have farms 50 miles away from home farm to the south and south west and those two are 30 miles apart. I’ve had a ton of close calls the last few years but luckily haven’t had any accidents. And those close calls are almost always from people not paying attention.
Great service announcement about traveling on roads with machinery! 3 farmers in our county have been killed on highways with their tractors. Good to hear different people in the exit piece!
Thanks for all the great content guys. I really learned a lot. I’ve been following you now for a year and it’s crazy. How much is involved in farming. Kudos to you.👍🏽
That's good because by law they have the right of way. I lived in Virginia and we had a cop give a guy a ticket for not having a tail lights on a farm wagon give me the state trooper and he was told by the state to leave Farmers alone
Awesome video Chet. Its kool seeing the energy you have. Its almost infectious. Glad to see thing's are going smooth for you. As always be safe out and about. 🚜🚜🚜
The county is using the clay dirt to cover coverts going across the roads it helps keep the coverts pipes in place. That was nice you Larsons donated it to the county. Wow so Chet how many fields does that make you know? Keep fingers and toes cross to give you all good luck no mechanical trouble.
Chet THANK YOU for the public servive announcement for those who do not know / understand! On the new opening I really like "your in the rubarb" so the question is who's rubarb is it~Grandma's or Grandpa's?
Well done Dream Team and Mr. Dougo!! (Minus the boss man-Toby-🐶) Harvesting is looking great and grain bin is looking SPECTACULAR! I did enjoy the 10 second look at the corn following into the bin I don’t think we can visualize the magnificence of the machinery and the vastness of that grain bin!! Does Mr. Dougo choose not to wear the hoodies and the “stretchy” pants as the rest of the team?😂 I don’t know… he may be? Nice looking on you all and you said they were comfortable! Could the person who does your film work maybe re-:do The Swedes picture of him getting out of the tractor? I don’t know if anyone else has noticed it or not but it looks like he has no hands. It just pops out every time. If it doesn’t bother Larson Farm-then I am good also. Just throwing it out there! You boys won’t know what to do when harvesting is over and you get 8 hours of sleep in a row! I sure do respect your integrity and the mindset of always getting it done. Sometimes with….Oh the disappointment! And….Junk--Just Junk!! Maybe a few others! Do you usually run the drone over new property to get a lay out of the property before you decide if you want to take on those fields? I have really enjoyed the drone with the sky footage and the down low intricate filming as well! Wishing everyone well and Blessings to Everyone!❤❤
Chet, the big question is 6:45 "what is GRINDING up your corn"? Is your corn so brittle that normal settings crush it? You're smart, you"ll figure it out.
Rocky Mountain Farmer, TH-camr was on a road with a potato gigger. A car was come the other way and hit the gigger and destroyed the car and damaged the gigger. It was about a month ago.
With no seals in the cylinder it will not leak down - the problem is in the valve - oil has to be displaced for the cylinder to move ! ( IE oil is leaking to the sump)
In Australia you would have to have an escort vehicle out in front of the machine that wide.Over that width you would have to obtain a permit to allow you to travel with an escort vehicle
Anyone who has never come across a combine on the main roads, should in reality be even more careful than those who are used to it... Most combine movements or main roads where I live require that a pilot vehicle with flashing lights and a wide load sign proceed the oncoming combine. Bottom line is... whenever you see a wide vehicle travelling slowly, slow down and be sensible... you know the combine driver is going to be sensible to match their driving and all will be OK. If you need to pass safely, wait and they will pull over at the first opportunity to let you past.
Chet maybe it's not the machines, maybe it's the corn had dried too much to properly run thru machine. Might need to be harvested around 20 then dried.
I know it would be bad for harvest, but we have gotten over 7" of rain west of Houston in the last 3 days. I can't believe how big that new grain bin looks from the inside
Thats whats wrong with voting, pressure to make people vote, even people who don’t want to. Pressuring people to vote who know they don’t understand the candidates and their policies ends up in uneducated voting happening, which is just a popularity contest not an actual well thought out election. If you feel you don’t know the candidates and their policies, its ok not to vote.
Being a farmer that has moved oversized equipment all over Idaho, Oregon, Nevada and Utah the only escorts that people really pay attention to is when the Nevada highway patrol would pull in front with the blue light escort.
It's called Freedom of Speech. Nobody, asked you to exercise your right to bash on his opinion & yet you did it without an ounce of forethought or kindness. Sometimes it is extremely difficult to believe brave young men gave their lives fighting & dying to protect our rights of freedom of expression, freedom of speech & the ability to live without fear, want & need. Lest we forget, lest we forget. 🫡
Don’t apologize for honest reviews Chet. Companies can’t improve their products without honest input. Integrity wins every time. Keep it up.
Even if they clearly don’t understand how to use the product properly?
90% chance that the issue is user error and not a product defect
Great shots inside the new grain bin, thanks Dougo
The music slaps, great choice!
Couple weeks ago i went 4 miles out of my way to follow a tractor with a planter on after dark just cause i wasnt in a hurry anywhere

Farmers don’t bother me as I live on a farm so I understand the issues you all farmers have and also I am thankful that we have farmers
Dougo’s intro comments still makes me laugh. Just great.

Storing grain is a art for sure I'm still learning after years
Enjoyable.
The Larson's are doing so well, even with all those minor problems with machinery and crops...
I always try to give the farmers the right of way

Thanks for sharing, Chet. As always be safe. Stay well. Victor
thank you
Nice fashion show👍👍👍
Here in South Australia, It is the worst season for the farmers since AT LEAST 1967. Even the oldest of farmers cannot remember a worst season.

Plan for today - combine corn. Plan for tomorrow - combine corn etc etc etc
Team Larson !
When it gets cold you recommend Martin pants?

Put blue and red flashing lights on the combines/farm equipment......road hazard solved
You get flipped off a lot farming along a state highway. You get used to it.
Love the new intro and ending. Need to put Amy in the intro delivering food or something. Can't forget about Mom
What are those square boxes behind Dougo in that new bin? Thanks.
Dougo why do you not have a roof over the pits?
This deserves so many more subs!

or u could use jd concaves!

The field they were having issues with was the wettest corn they harvested all year
Where's my Da%# Polka Music at???😂😂😂😂
@ 13:20, instead of drilling a hole, weld a nut to it.
As heavy equipment mover and operator it's not good on the hydros to leave them under weight so drop headers or hydros in relaxed position so to speak
If the county has a dump, they might be lining the dump with clay.
👍
Just curious how many acres of corn do you guys harvest in a season 🤔
Yeah, they don't disclose that.
5000
Can’t believe how incredible this is. You’ve really mastered your craft.

Trump for farmers 👍
Donny the lockdowner.
Farm suicides increased by over 30% during the idiots term. No thanks!
My opinion, being an ex trucker, that as large as farm equipment is it should be required that escort vehicles should be used by farmers
No one asked for your opinion but yet you felt entitled to give it.
The regulations are half the reason your food is so costly. So yea let's regulate more!
