While I'm familiar with these practices, what’s new to me is their beneficial impact on the vagus nerve. After being sick for couple of months and my nervous system was extremely active, I became eager to understand how to return it to the balance mode. please share more info about the nervous system and how yoga can help to regulate it. The universe is really listening! I was at a function last night and the facilitator asked if anyone knows vagus nerve. I was the only one with my hand up. I wake up this morning and I see this new practice from you on activating vagus nerve!! Thoroughly enjoyed the calming practice, thanks as always Joelle!!
I definitely felt calmer and more relaxed after doing this class. I especially like the twists as I could feel my torso and upper body growing taller and I was able to twist deeper as we held the position. Thank you for all that you do for us! I will be doing this again and again.

I find water very calming anyway, so alongside 1 of your quick practices I think this is going to be my new "go to" when I feel that I'm getting overwhelmed by my current environment and need to take a few minutes to calm and re-center myself.
