The Hotel was originally owned by Swallow Hotels, but they closed it and sold it to the Milton Hotels company many years ago. Milton Hotels initially said they'd refurbish it and re-open it but they only gave it a lick of paint, logos, added some new gym equipment to the gym and fixed the pool filter system. The hotel was mostly occupied by coach tours (hence the sign in another language). It was a shame they never gave it the big refurbishment they said they would, but I'm guessing they probably had a rough 1-2 years of trade (coach tours) due to COVID etc.
The whole hotel just screams “basic” even though for £45 quid yes it’s plain n simple but it doesn’t give no wow factor😂😂 The state of the outside and the upkeepjng of it is atrocious if you ask me, definitely needs sorting out

Looks run down and the comment about Faulty Towers has this place down to a tee.
Looks very rundown which puts you off straight away. It was clean but so very basic. Needs modernising, alright for one night but no more.
