I love the new visuals (completion bar, count down, having the name of each move, having modification all through the exercise and not just in the beginning). I also liked the workout. Got a good sweat out of me!

Currently 4months pp and 15kg down, back to pre baby weight and possibly more toning than before both bubs. You are fantastic! Thank you for what you do for your pregnancy postpartum community!
After this workout i can say that tabata is amazing. Done it couple of time already as a daily routine. I think i got 2 weeks of workout and my posture is improved, core is more strong and my body is feeling excellent. I ll continuing my routine with you. I'll lose weight for sure. Hey Jessica! Really liked this work out but the Tabata intervals were just a little too short. I was just getting into the groove of each new movement before the bell went! Maybe 45-60 sec intervals?
hi Jessica! i have about 1 finger width DR and also about an or more (atleast a knuckle) depth. I am wondering if there is someting that can be done about the depth. is there a way to heal that? Thank you!!
