    I finally gained the mental strength to work out 1 year PP and this was the first video I came across. I love that you start on the floor and by the end I’m breaking a sweat. I cried so hard once I finished because i finally made it through a workout and I feel so good. I will be continuing this for the next month or so , including one or two other videos of yours. Thank you so so so much for doing what you do. I’m sure I’m not the first mama to say that you make a difference in the PP period and the stigma against giving your body time to bounce back. Love your videos and your vibe. Can’t wait for the next workout!!

      ​@@saynabibrahim4703 Hello my dear! Always remember, motion is lotion. Try your best to at least walk and/or do some stretches that feel comforting to your body. You'd be SURPRISED to see and feel how different simple "Asana" stretches would have you feeling.
      Don't stop, slow and steady wins the race. ❤ And each of us needs to stay nice, healthy and steady for our new babies AND OURSELVES.

    Had a csection due to preeclampsia and lost the baby last year july. Got pregnant barely 6months post csection was put on bed rest but did your workouts from week 12 to 36weeks had my baby boy 38weeks and healed fast. I'm happy to go back to your pp exercise 5weeks post csection.

    Such a great workout! I'm almost 6 years post-partum, and I love how your workouts are great for all post-partum moms, no matter how long ago they had their babies! :). Being mindful of my core is something I like to have reminders about during workouts, and your exercises do just that!

    9 weeks PP and this is the first workout I've done. Boy, am I exhausted! But it feels so good! Your workouts got me through my pregnancy and all the back and sciatica pain that came with it! I'm so thankful to have you here to help me get back into shape and feeling good again postpartum!

    Now almost 2 months pp and I´m gonna try to workout 50 days until christmas so I can use an outfit I desire and feel confident in my skin. Also will let you know how it has progressed for me.     Laura here just saying again how thankful I am for all of your workouts, this interval style is SO HELPFUL even i am 1.5years postpartum i am still using your workouts!! Even it is 20 minutes i am sweating and feel refreshed and could do most of the workout with baby.

      Hey, these exercises are incredible! Yes, I’ve noticed a difference, but along with the workouts, it’s important to maintain a balanced diet. My tummy is definitely flatter compared to when I first started.

    I did standing marches with a dumbbell during the tricep dip reaches because my mommy wrist is still recovering from my first baby. I’m 3 months pp from my second baby. Thank you for this workout!

    4 months PP and I did it all except triceps workout. My wrists scream when I did this 😂 but its due to my baby, she jas become quite heavy and these nerves arpund the wrists are becoming a huge problems. I'm taking some supplements but it doesn't help much 😢 Thank you for the workout, great exercises before I go back to gym!

    I liked this quick workout! I would suggest more consistency when explaining exercises because some were left out and I did lunges on just one leg and had to go back to do the rest when i realized we weren't doing the other side haha 😅 no biggie but just a tip. Thank you so much for this!

    7 weeks PP this workout had just the right amount of burn for my recovering body. Love how we ease in to the intensity. Was a bit sore the next day so I know I’m building muscle!

    Great gentle workout. What do you suggest for modifications for someone with wrist arthritis? I can’t do push ups or tricep dips because of the pain.
