This game would've been great if contra 4, shattered soldier, Rebirth and Hard Corp Uprising didn't existed, too bad all of these games blown it out of the water in presentation & music, and everyone of them was over a decade old.
@@jahmirwhite7807 That's exactly what I'm saying, those games are far better in presentation and artstyle, so even if some aspect of this game is great it still fail in comparison to those older games.
the game is solid either way, the music sucks but at least they give you the retro remix versions. It's a good game and way better than trash like Rouge Corps or mobile crap

I love how this game goes from standard military projects to over-mutated human beings to *aliens* in like 3 bosses
This has always been a common theme throughout the Contra series, and I love it!

Fighting ferocious mutants and robots as a military soldier has been a common premise since the NES.

Why? Those games are awesome! This game wouldn't even exist if it weren't for them. They may be decades old, but at least they still hold up.

@corvaliis I don't know about that. Either way, it still reminds me of that mobile crap though to the point that it feels like a spiritual successor.

Только делали не Конами, а ВэйФорварды, которые были разработчиками Контры 4. В принципе это и есть ремейк Контры 4.
