A Chery Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6 costs P1,698,000. Add P300,000 more, and you get a 2.0L engine, plus all wheel drive. Is it worth it? Let's find out.

I have been privileged to be using Chery Tiggo 8 Pro for just over a year now, it’s a fantastic car having the smoothest ride, top notch features adaptive cruise control, ADAS, blind sport detector, spacious 7 seater. I have driven Audi A6 before and Cherry’s ride is not less smoother than Audi. Love it!!
Nice
I appreciate your honesty regarding the ride quality. Another great video.
Thank you
When I go on youtube. I always watch out for your vids. About to buy a car now and your reviews really help a lot. I have emzoom and gs4 as my primary choices.
Thank you and glad to hear that! Go for them! Good cars
First!❤ Continue the quality inofrmative reviews Kyle!
Will do!
Almost 5 yrs the Chery brand is still underrated, maybe because of there past history in the Philippine. All there lineup are all value for money plus they offer the best warranty package. Great vlog as always Sir Kyle. 👍😁
naka cherry tiggo ka bro? how long?,
@@wetlettuce8215 yes , 10 months .
Thanks
the playful chasis, is it just this variant? or even the 1.6 one also
All variants haha
what colors are available sa 2.0 AWD?
You reviewed the tiggo 8 pro and you said that the suspension was great more on comfort side. But your review with this 2.0 you said youll get motion sickness. Does this tiggo 8 has different suspension feel compared to this tiggo 2.0..and how about its steering feel. Is this 2.0 has heavier steering compared to the 1.8?
Definitely on the comfort side meaning softer. I can’t recall the 1.6’s ride anymore. Steering feel is the same.
I am a proud owner of a Tiggo pro max for the past 6 month.you won't know how enjoyable the ride and handline of this Awd 258 hp dual clutch until you take it out of town onto a winding county road. This is by far the most plush comfortable car i have ever had the pleasure to drive and it will awe 🫢 you with its power delivery and handling.Dual clutch is perfectly tuned with the engine and the torque delivery as totally amazing. If you're s spirited driver,l confidently recommend this beauty of a beast.
I love the power too
how's the fuel consumption on city driving?
@@tanmartin07 I drive a corporate Peugeot when I'm doing my business commutes. I drive the Max on weekends and mainly out of town. I have 5000 km on odometer and fuel consumption has improved with more miles. Around 100/9km on highway in normal mode.
Is it an AWD engine?
what happened to the emzoom video?
I had to push it back haha! Don’t worry, will soon be up :)
@@KyleLiongCars awesome, Wanted to hear your opinion as a Coolray owner
Can u do cx 5
Will try to sched
@@KyleLiongCars yown! Can't wait
Ngl pretty fuel efficient for a 2.0 AWD and quite a good proposition as well for what it offers.
Hoping your knee's okay tho 😁
My knee's fine now hahaha!
👍
:D
This one or the new 4wd gs8?
I’d go for the GS8
@@KyleLiongCars thanks
Better than the okavango
Yes better value
A South African car reviewer actually compared this Tiggo 8 pro to one of the "German Big 3" in terms of driving, comfort and refinement..
OOH
The ride quality is right up there with the best German, Japanese and Korean in this class. The reliability of the Tiggo 8 Max has been more than satisfactory. I have 2023 with 6000km on it and it has been an amazing and totally enjoyable experience for me. If you're a spirited driver, I confidently recommend the pro Max. 2.0 turbo 258 HP Awd dual clutch. Absolutely astounding.
@@kayabtin1261 it is great that affordable luxury is now available in Ph..
Looks like a Toyuta Alphard 😊 that you reviewed much earlier 😅
Hmmmm I don’t see it hahaha
delulu
What happened to your knee?
I slipped midway through filming HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Good eye!
Probably not worth the almosst 2M mark. At this stage I'm still not receptive to Chinese cars reaching the 2M pricetag given longevity question marks.
Your call :)
Is it better than the Azkarra?
Not as refined, but has more space, and a more powerful powertrain
@@KyleLiongCarsThanks!
