      @@miyawaki-samasakurasabgren4312 you can say it as it is. Just make sure to tell the interviewer how you were able to overcome it and that you're ready to go back to working.

    Hi, Ate Rea! I just wanted to say thank you for all your videos! 2 days before I got hired as Customer Service Representative! Just watched your interview tips, it indeed helped me!
    Now, I'm so anxious about what will happen since I'm new in this industry (my first job also). I'm also not that fluent in English and still have struggle listening to the English native speakers. So, I know it would be really hard for me to adjust. But I'm glad I knew your channel, just have to take note all your tips and follow your instructions! I know it will take time for me but I will get used to it. Thank you so much, ate Rea! May God bless your channel.

    Hello, can I suggest that you make a video about the question "How do you get here or tell me how to go from your house to here" something like that. I've been asked that question twice yet it still hard for me to explain the directions. Can you give us some idea how to answer it please. I'll truly appreciate it.

    Hi, i totally know this has nothing to do with your working place but i have a question on how to get information real fast and be a multitasker, i just begun working for an American transportation service company which is mainly for elderly people, so it's tricky for me to get details, such as: adresses,names and then copy page everything on a tracker where we write down every single call

    • @ReaNinja
      @ReaNinja  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Getting the info as fast as you can might be a challenge especially when your callers are mainly elderly. You will really have to adjust your pace but I'd say you have to be good at paraphrasing so that you can quickly get the info you need.
      The thing with multitasking is that it really just takes practice, repetition, and a lot of getting used to. When you do your job long enough, you'll be multitasking with your eyes closed in no time. All the best!!

      @@ReaNinja That's so spot-on, it might be the lack of experience since i'm not used to doing several things at the same time, on top of it speaking on the phone

    I'll be honest. With universities hungry for tuition money and pumping out so many "graduates", employers are very picky and fickle with choosing candidates. In other words, employers can and usually do find the most minor and ridiculous flaw or mistake to dismiss a candidate. What a great greedy, money-, and power-hungry world in which we live.

      @@ReaNinja I remember few months ago, I went to teletech,conduit and concentrix to apply but they didn't even gave me a chance. I wrote my information on their application form because I am a walk in applicant, but surprisingly they all said the same thing. I'm not qualified for the initial interview because I'm just a highschool graduate from old curriculum with no job experience at all and they said my educational background is not enough to handle the accounts that they are handling, they were looking for an applicant who's a senior highschool graduate or atleast someone who finished 2nd year in college. I'm feeling devastated right now. I don't know what to do with my life anymore. 😭😭

      @@jojo-ru8go Sorry to hear about what happened. Hope you won't let that experience stop you from pursuing what you want. Maybe you can finish at least 2 years in college if you can? Or try applying in local accounts or companies first?
