Hi, miss rea. Been watching your vids since I applied. I was a newbie in the BPO industry as well. Gladly, I've been one of the top performers thanks to your videos! I'd be a regular employee on the first of February. Just how fast the night changes. However though, I've been having a problem lately. I had abandoned calls due to system error and I wasn't able to report it right away hence resulting to ZTP and NTE. Just requesting for you to make a video as well for existing employees on how to avoid these things and how to survive the admin hearing lmao. That'd be very helpful. Looking forward for more vids! 6 months ako nag work sa bpo , no lates and absences, pero di ako na regular, di daw pasok score ko kahit binigay ko n lahat, pag di ka pla close sa tm's mo kahit gaano ka pa kagaling , you're not worthy for them smh. I always wanted to be a Call Center Agent but i am not fluent in English. Some of my friends says that i can cuz i can speak basic English but i am always afraid to judge me, to degrade me cuz i am not that fluent. I have a friend and he is Former Agent and he said “Some HR and his Workmate underestimate him because he’s not that fluent” and i don’t wanna experience that cuz i am former crew in fastfood and the environment there is so Toxic! Backstabbing is everywhere, they will talk behind your back and they will pull you down. So I don’t wanna experience that again!
As long as you're not doing any harm to anyone, hold your head up high. Don't let anyone lead your life for you. Whatever we do, people will always have something to say so do what you need to do anyway.

Sometimes I am having a hard time translating and constructing sentences in my mind and also sometimes I can't think clearly, running out of ideas and i don't know what to answer. Better. Don't resign unless sure ka na hired ka or unless you have savings. 😊
