This applies to any kind of job interviews wether in a corporate, school, work-abroad, BPO, etc. The most important things to consider: you have to be yourself, be natural, let the interviewer know your bells and whistles or assets as if you're selling yourself to the company and show them your willingness and eagerness to be part of the company.
I watched this yesterday and this morning for my phone initial interview today and proceeded with the final interview a few hours later then got a text and call that I passed! I am still anxious and stutter since my mind is always faster than my mouth haha and also it's my first official job after graduating college but I know I will be able to do my best. Thank you so much for this guide :) I pray everyone would get into the job they applied for as well.

From my research, I found out that your company has great values such as Integrity and Professionalism. I like that you always look after the well-being of your employees. I also like that your company values quality performance, and for me, it will be a great opportunity to be part of a company like yours, that has high regard to both people and performance. Aside from that, the company's compensation and benefits are also competitive, and I believe this is important because for me, it shows that the company understands the worth of each employee.

This is VERY Important, when the ask "Do You Have Any Question" Don't say I don't. Have a question Ready, you must have a question or two. I have a couple I like to ask. Here's one: "If I am offered the position, is there any Reading Material you recommend I read in preparation for my new role as a CSR" Second question I like to ask: "What is the most challenging thing New CSR's have to overcome and how did they overcome it" These are just 2 Examples of Question to ask at the end of the Interview when they ask "Do you Have any questions" and don't forget to Thank Them for their time.

It really depends on how you explain your answer. I don't believe that customers are always right, but we don't have to point fingers or play the blaming game. We just need to turn a negative situation into positive.

Yesterday May 21st i turned 18 (legal age to start working in my country) and i sent my curriculum and application to about 6 call centers, i was contacted the SAME DAY by the one i aspired the most for (and it went nahh the first time cause i was so caught off guard), i've been in three different telephone calls with employees and tomorrow i have the face-to-face interview and i am almost vomiting out of nervousness. Yesterday May 21st i turned 18 (legal age to start working in my country) and i sent my curriculum and application to about 6 call centers, i was contacted the SAME DAY by the one i aspired the most for (and it went nahh the first time cause i was so caught off guard), i've been in three different telephone calls with employees and tomorrow i have the face-to-face interview and i am almost vomiting out of nervousness. I have been doing my question research for a while but your video actually made it much easier for me to articulate this type of answers. I hope my english does not crack there (spanish is my first language). Thank you again!
