This is VERY Important, when the ask "Do You Have Any Question" Don't say I don't. Have a question Ready, you must have a question or two. I have a couple I like to ask. Here's one: "If I am offered the position, is there any Reading Material you recommend I read in preparation for my new role as a CSR" Second question I like to ask: "What is the most challenging thing New CSR's have to overcome and how did they overcome it" These are just 2 Examples of Question to ask at the end of the Interview when they ask "Do you Have any questions" and don't forget to Thank Them for their time.

I watched this yesterday and this morning for my phone initial interview today and proceeded with the final interview a few hours later then got a text and call that I passed! I am still anxious and stutter since my mind is always faster than my mouth haha and also it's my first official job after graduating college but I know I will be able to do my best. Thank you so much for this guide :) I pray everyone would get into the job they applied for as well.

From my research, I found out that your company has great values such as Integrity and Professionalism. I like that you always look after the well-being of your employees. Aside from that, the company's compensation and benefits are also competitive, and I believe this is important because for me, it shows that the company understands the worth of each employee.

This applies to any kind of job interviews wether in a corporate, school, work-abroad, BPO, etc. The most important things to consider: you have to be yourself, be natural, let the interviewer know your bells and whistles or assets as if you're selling yourself to the company and show them your willingness and eagerness to be part of the company.

Kaka senior pa lang ako pero gusto ko pumasok sa cc , col.grad ako pero galing ako sa garment factory Kya diko nagamit educ attained ko. Bukod sa kulang ko sa eng speak skills, Wala ako idea sa dapat isagot. July 2019 ako nag retired, that was my 1st and last job for 42yrs to be exact. Single ksi ako at very interested na makapasok sa bpo ind, I know I am physically fit and if I'll be trained well and practice to speak well in English, I know I have the edge to stay long in this kind of industry. Your interview tips is the 1st idea that I gathered in watching to the TH-cam, I kept watching again and again til now, and maybe after this quarantine problem I am now ready to face an interview in the cc company. I got passed to my initial interview and final interview last monday. And now I'm just waiting for their call for my training. When you were there having some conversation to your interviewer you just need to be confident and of course tell them what they really want to know about your personality or your background in life.

im a grade 10 student. I am Low at Critical Thinking, Bad at Communicating (Im an Introvert or Loner), Im not fluent sa English. palagi ko iniisip kung ano talaga ang bagay na trabaho sa akin para sa future. I hope before ako magtrabaho at interview sana ready na ako sa mga challenges of Life. Wala naman talagang madali sa buhay pero marami namang paraan para masolusyonan.
You speak with a lot of authority , you must have in depth knowledge and a broad vocabulary. I guess if a job in a call center is not my passion, I won't succeed and vice versa.
I tried to apply call center somewhere in Baguio. I'm a fresh grad at first time ko mag apply. I did not expect anything naman kasi I just tried lang naman pero natanggap ako. I will start my training on Aug20.😅

I've apply yesterday for the call Center but I failed to be hired. But the interviewer says that I have a potential to be a call center and she's expecting me to come back after a month. Yesterday May 21st i turned 18 (legal age to start working in my country) and i sent my curriculum and application to about 6 call centers, i was contacted the SAME DAY by the one i aspired the most for (and it went nahh the first time cause i was so caught off guard), i've been in three different telephone calls with employees and tomorrow i have the face-to-face interview and i am almost vomiting out of nervousness. I have been doing my question research for a while but your video actually made it much easier for me to articulate this type of answers. I hope my english does not crack there (spanish is my first language). Thank you again!

Yes, go on the company website, check their reviews on BBB or other sites. Definitely get to know the company you want to work with, this is important. That's a common question. "Why do you want to work for our company" this is a common question, get ready to answer it!! 100% This shows you took the time to research and you are truly interested. Do Research! Prepare. Now Preparation doesn't guarantee you will get the job, but it increases the chances of you getting the job. I've been to Interviews where I had done all the research, I was prepared and had all the "right answers" I "A's" the Interview and still did not get the Job, but I was not upset, I was not angry, I took it as a learning lesson to improve for the next one, things always work out in the End so it's necessary to be prepared and to go to as many Interviews as possible to increase your chances. Have fun with it but be prepared.. :)

just sharing my experience when applying in BPO, you can read in their sites that they needed Call Center Agents without experience, they will have initial interview and telling that they are looking for agents with experience. In the first place if I didn't pass the initial interview you just be honest and tell me, right? it's a discouragement to those applicants without call center experience.
