And they did not call me for contract signing. But they will call me for final interview. Can I ask what questions will they ask me? Given that I'm partly hired?
Hi Rea, can you tell me what's the job stability like in a call-center? Do companies replace their staff on a regular basis especially during tax time? And what are the signs that you're about to get the axe? I just started a new job at a call-center and already having doubts about job security. I don't want to go through unemployment again. I see companies hire and train new staffs, and the older staff who worked in the company for a while just disappear without a trace, assuming they were let go. I guess for me, instead of worrying about the future, maybe I should put aside money for emergency like loss of employment.... and perhaps do a course to upskill myself. My new collegues get to do afternoon, and night shift even though they don't want these kind of shift, but the company keep rostering me to do the morning shifts. I told my collegues maybe the company wanted to let go of me easily during the daytime. Sorry to sound paranoid. Just kind of worried.
You might be overthinking. The job stability I'd say is largely dependent on the company itself and your performance. If the company is well-established, all should be good. Now assuming the company doesn't go out of business, if you're a good performer or even average but passing all your metrics, it shouldn't be a cause for worry. Signs? If the company is downsizing or if your performance is hopeless, or if you committed a misconduct. It can happen anywhere though so like you said, it's best to be ready. But stop worrying about it too much. Enjoy your life too.
Hi miss Rea I would just like to know what could be the most common interview questions might be asked when someone's applying if I were a returnee? Example I've worked in this certain company but after 3 months I resigned and later 1 year have passed I would love to apply once again in the same company.
Hi I am just curious about something. If a call center interviewer asked you to tell something about yourself, is it okay to mention that you are an undergraduate college student? You know if that is the case.

Haha, sorry maybe it's not with the stripes per se. I think my dress has some kind of "optical illusion" to it. It plays with the eyes if you really observe it. Anyway thanks for watching and I'm glad you learn a lot from my videos. PS: My next video I think I'm wearing this same stripes. 😂

Is that on the training phase or there is no exam anymore? I'm sorry I'm just a newbie in the industry :D

If you already have a contract to start, that means you're done with all tests (so no more versant in your case).
