- IT'S FINALLY HERE! Sorry about the long wait, so much shit going on in real life that it slipped my mind several times, but after nearly 3 months, It's here.
BTW, sorry about audio inconsistencies and the low quality of some of the footage, some samples were recorded at different points in time.

Here’s something you missed. In the skateboarding part of the credits if you look very closely at the floor you will see that it’s using Hydrocity tiles

You missed how Knuckles at the end asks if ice cream has grapes in it, which is a reference to a game manual bio for Knuckles that lists grapes as his favorite food. Otherwise, great video, and I didn't notice a few of these when I watched it the first time.
6:30 I'm glad you caught this one, I feel like I'm the only person that noticed how his translations were inaccurate just like in Sonic Colors
I also noticed that after the classic Robotnik costume, there's a Megamind reference. The costume is called "Redmambanik" in reference to Megaminds outfit, The Black Mamba.

Oh! You missed one during the dance. The tails clones are from Sonic Boom in an episode where Tails clones himself to be smarter but became dumber.
I did notice that. I thought about including it, but it felt more like something general to the story and less of a direct reference.

The reference about the Babylonians is absolutely interesting. The fact that the Owls maybe Babylonians henc Owls are types of birds is so crazy and about the language!!
I wonder if that would mean the actual Babylon Rogues wouldn't really exist as we know them in the sonic movie universe (not that I think Sonic 4 is gonna be the equivalent of Sonic Riders)

7:54 In Sonic 3, Flying battery would have been before Ice Cap and after Carnival Night which sounds strange if you have played the original order a lot however, it doesn’t make a lot of sense how a canon would shoot you to the top of a snowy mountain and also it is nighttime in Carnival Night but daytime in Ice Cap so you’re telling me Sonic was in the air for like 10 hours? Having Flying Battery between the two solves this and also Sonic was originally intended to use a door he broke off from Flying Battery to snowboard down Ice Cap zone. That could be what the broken robot is referencing.
Kinda late but if you notice, on the walls near the entrance Knuckles made, there's a figure resembling Perfect Chaos

Actually the missile that Sonic rides on is a reference to the Sonic Movie OVA where he redirects it back at Metal Robotnik similar in this movie
I don't know if this is mentioned in the video, but when Eggman shows up in the Mean Bean coffee shop and changes to the scene right outside, there's a helicopter that the major characters (I forgot their names, but Donut Lord and his wife) hop out of. The helicopter's name is SA-2, possibly referencing the game.

Edit 2: Alright, so for those who haven't played Mario Kart 8, there's a mode called Battle Royale (something like that) and before, there were these old tracks. I remember there being a sound effect, no idea what it was for, but it's used as a sound effect in the movie by the road chase when Sonic rolls into a ball and crashes into Robotnik's robot vehicle. Not sure if it's included

There's one reference from Sonic the Comic where Sonic is "no longer the hedgehog we once knew" as Super Sonic.
Or as many people call him, Fleetway Sonic (I use that name to avoid confusion)

Also, for the snow boarding one, sonic using the piece of a badnik may be a reference to the sonic 3 prototype. Before sonic 3 and sonic and knuckles were separate games, they were all one game. In the level select for sonic 3, you can see that flying battery was the level before ice cap. Sonic was originally supposed to use the door he kicked down at the end of flying battery as a snow board.
1:45 - Ok, let's not get ahead of ourselves here. Don't get me wrong. I'd love to see those three too, but let's take things one step at a time.

this might be a stretch but there might be a fleetway super sonic reference at the end after sonic defeats eggman where knuckles says "Sonic holds the power of the chaos emeralds and isn't the sonic you knew." since fleetway is sonic corrupted by the emeralds.

-it's powered by the Master Emerald like the Great Eggman Robo from S3&K

In the final boss, sonic gives a little kick on the robot and I think that's a reference to the kick in sonic 06 opening
Also during the super sonic fight scene, when sonic taps his foot on eggmans death egg robot, thats a reference to the opening of Sonic 06 when he does the same thing in base form to a normal robot

Stache Smasher is a possible reference to the 'Stache Smash video game Eggman made in the Sonic Boom episode, "Eggman: The Video Game Part 1".
Knuckles punching the Master Emerald out of Robotnik, its like where Knuckles knocks the Chaos Emeralds out of Super Sonic. in Sonic the hedgehog 3 game.

You missed the Spider-Verse reference where Sonic jumps off the building looking at the camera before it pans over the edge, exactly the same way it does in any introduction in both Spider-Verse movies
Another detail that I enjoy is that they waited to use Super Sonic until the second movie, because Super Sonic didn’t exist in the games until Sonic 2.
I believe the disguises Sonic and Tails use come from the Fleetway comics.
Something you missed about the chaos soda Easter egg is that Chaos Soda is actually a thing in the games. I think it first appeared in SA2 but it’s in the comics and probably a few other games
1:58 now that they have done the SA1 opening in live action, I hope they do the SA2 opening in Sonic 3 including live and learn. It would go so crazy

When Dr.Robotnik fused with the Master Emerald (and the 7 Chaos Emeralds since they are in the Master Emerald) is a reference to the Sonic Fleetway comics where Dr.Robotnik fused with the Master Emerald and 6 of the 7 Chaos Emeralds and become God Robotnik. He was immortal, indestructible, omnipresent, omniscient, he could shoot green laser from his fingers and his eyes, he could create anything he can thought, rewrite time and space has his will and changing his size
You missed when eggman hit sonic with the rocket, the thing he did with his arm was a reference to what Godzilla did in King Kong versus Godzilla
I think the scene of knuckles falling of the plain might be a reference to the 1st act Of Mirage salune in sonic mania
There was also a reference to sonic.exe when tails clones himself in the eggman robot he says too slow, try again like how sonic.exe says your too slow, want to try again in the game. Idk if this was a literal reference or just a coincidence

Another easter egg was missed. At the end of the final fight where sonic transforms he finishes Eggman with a light tap with his toe this is the same action he does to one of the robots in the opening cutscene in Sonic 06

Hey, you forgot the reference in Sonic the Hedgehog 2 where Movie Sonic is trying to stop the truck and noticed that the brakes are broken, which is a reference in the Amphibia season 3 episode "Thai Fued" when Anne and Sprig are in a runaway food truck when Anne tries to stop the truck when she noticed that the brakes are broken when she sees the note of Ned saying to fix the brakes.☹
There are tonnes of movies where the brakes on the trucks are faulty. Plus I only did Sonic-specific references.
