    My arms grew 2 inches in 2 months (without a pump and at a lower body fat ratio then I was at before I started) following John's arms training style so I can vouch for that they give you such a good pump and stretch like I have never had before and even the sequence it's done in makes such a difference.
    I'm into 8 months or so into my training so it may be some of my newbie's gains fueling my arms too but I can tell that they helped me greatly and I almost follow all of his exercises for all of my training splits and everything has improved just drastically.

I usually take 2 days off between workouts. Probably because I am 77. I wrote down your workout session and look forward to using it. I also am doing your rear deltoid exercise with dumbbells along with side raises. Starting to see shoulder definition after 6 months. Thanks to you my rear delts are now getting attention. Taking Whey protein and 3 grams of creatine monohydrate. Diet: fish, steak, chicken, eggs, good carb veggies, etc. Peanut butter or can of tuna are great to snack on.

    Thanks John, as always your videos full of good information. How to do good lifting (best), and not get hurt.

  • @AverageLifter07
    @AverageLifter07 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Almost every time you see people doing curls they're lifting way too heavy. Zero negative, and a ton of swinging.
    I'm all for a little body English on maybe the last few reps of your last set, but 95% of your reps should be clean.
    Great advice as always.
    I'm going to try out that first tricep exercise.

      I am stuck at 16". I am training for 1.5 yr. How long it took u to build 18"?

    • @samin_fitcoach
      @samin_fitcoach 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      well it took me around 2 years to build 18 but that was a fat arm :D now am 8-10% bodyfat year round and its aroun 18-18-5`(5 years training so far) depending on water,carb and sodium intake.But what got me the 18` was volume and form(its very important that u initiate first with the working muscle,example someone with strong delts and weak arms first they activate their delts then they start bending the elbow,its so obvious) so watch some ben pakulski videos about form etc. and go watch some videos from layne norton about volume(u dont want to get into a trap and start doing 40 sets for biceps) hope this helps and good luck

      Thanks for the info. So on the way for 18" did you concentrate on curling heavy weight? or curling moderate weight for high reps? Right now I am only concentrating on increasing weight and do 50 Kg barbell curl with rod weight about 5-6 clean reps and 20 KG dumbbell for 6-8 reps. If you tell me your curl weight or routine that will be also helpful.

    Gaining mass requires drive motivation setting small achievable short term goals leading to the long term. Getting stacked as a tank don't happen over night. One of the main keys is you gotta eat right and eat like 5 times or more a day to as well and hydrate with water. Supplement properly protein carbs good fats and calories and you'll get there.
