    3. One arm reverse grip push down
    4. DB tricep kickbacks
    5. Close grip EZ bar press
    Biceps :
    1. DB spider curls
    2. Cable rope hammer curls
    3. DB Concentration curls
    4. Double bicep cable curls

    This is a great example of isolating the muscle. Through out the exercise he is using light weight and correct form. No ego whatsoever.I learnt so much i shall be subscribing

    Love it, thank you for the video. For elbow kickbacks I prefer to use a cable as it keeps my triceps under constant pressure so I connect better.

    Well done very good video ! That's shows the importance of technique done it properly. I use to lift as well like a donkey heavy weights long time ago but I realise this brings you only injuries and not a proper work to the muscle. It is always better to execute the exercises properly and when you can you put more weight . Well done 👏

    I agree 110% on feeling the muscle , controlling the weight and squeezing target muscle . It might take a few reps to kick in but when I can control the weight and flex the muscle it seems to work better than grunting through a heavier weight .

      Funny you say that. This is the first video I’ve seen from him and I really did like his character and I was comparing it to Jeremy. But the thing is Jeremy does have a big ego but there’s a reason he’s won 4 time Mr.O. He has a mindset where he just goes savage mode. He has a reputation to keep. I’m sure if we were all in his shoes we’d be the same. He’s still a very humble guy. At least in my opinion.

      no it s just the cracking noise of his elbow, this happens at the begining of each set when you are shredded because low bodyfat dries out the joints

    Thankyou! The 4rth Exercise you taught was the one to Fascinate at the earliest. I will do with Dumbbells of 5 kg and go up to 40 kg. I will not exceed beyond that and not stop before that, not lesser than 40 kilo. Thankyou for Training me!
