As much as I enjoy watching some of the 'hypermotivated' lifters like Larry, Juji, Shaw, etc, this is like the polar opposite. Watching wise old pros dispense genuine advice without ego in this type of quiet and personal setting is amazing. It's a shame all of this instant 'viewable content" wasn't around decades ago. Like Jay said, watching someone isn't always the best way to learn if they are doing it wrong. My joints and discs agree. Thank you for all of the great content.

      Warm up well
Warm well your biceps with cable 2 or 3 sets of 25 reps
And another set of triceps push down with Cable of high reps to feel your triceps
So now you can do your skrull crushers
If you have a problem in your elbow always remember to do some sets of biceps with cable before your workout

i'm not really a super big pro BB fan, but watching the absolute joy and bliss in John's eyes as he has accomplished so much that he is now friends with and shooting videos with what was once his idol, as he said in another video, is really amazing. Good for you John, you've earned your place as a fitness guru and celebrity.
