This step should not be skipped - Don't paint before you pressure test your tank for leaks or you might be making a costly mistake. I show you (2) ways to pressurize the tank to 5 psi or less (You dont want to blow the seams) with easily sourced parts and materials. It is your choice if you want to use a tank liner product or weld/braze the pinholes - Below are some of the items I used to perform the pressurized leak testing.

How do you repair the holes?? Mig welder ??

The owner of this bike has a fab shop - I believe he MIG welded these holes. For whatever reason he was not having success with TIG. Other options would be to braze and even silver solder. Last resort IMO is to tank line
