Also, most people already know these--if you've played to any extent or seen other videos you likely know them. Anyways hope you enjoy and any constructive feedback you have I greatly appreciate.
Hey I'm late to the party and maybe you'll never read this but I have a bit of constructive feedback for you in order to improve the quality of your videos. First off, I want you to know that you have a very calm and soothing voice, some may even call it appeasing, yet I believe you could try and make an effort to talk a little clearer and articulate a bit more for it is sometimes challenging to understand some of the things you are trying to say. Also, I love your channel and I think you are cruelly underrated. When I first started watching some of your videos the quality of them made it so I was under the impression that you were one of those medium-small channels with around 100-200 thousands subs. I was astonished and flabbergasted when I saw your actual sub counter. Anyway, great work and I can't wait for another one of your videos.
The black armour was created for the dark knights which never made it to the final game. Their is also undead and a quest to kill undead which also never made it.
I remember them from when I first started playing. The Armour that Sanjar Khan wears in battle is the Khergit Guard Armour which used to be worn by the Black Khergits before the Actual Khergits were added. The Dark hunters went around fighting pretty much everything. I even encountered a group of 300, made up of a few dark hunters/black knights with loads of rescued prisoners, Likely they attacked a few Prisoner Caravans (Not sure why those were removed). I also recall they used to Target Refugees a lot (Another map unit that was removed). This was back when Zendar, The four ways inn and the salt mine were still on the map.
If you attack villagers, steam gives you the "I'm being repressed!" achievment, and if you gather 5 companions you'll get the "knights of the round table" achievment, both of these are references to Monty Python and the Holy Grail (excuse my grammar)
The black armour isn't an easter egg, it's a leftover from a different time. Warband was supposed to be a more fantastical game with zombies, black knights and witches. The black knights were scrapped due to functioning like bandits but being too difficult to defeat, and if you equip the black torso, it has bone issues.
here's some stuff that aren't well known Almost all the rivers have official names, they are presented in the beginning paragraphs after you choose your starting city Fearichen has some ships on the coast and a watchtower overlooking the seas. Matheld also comments around here about the first nordic arrivals. The mysterious boulders blocking your path to the east. Sarranids are referred to as the House of Sarran by one of the companions. This implies that the Sarranids have another, more ethnic name. Probably Aserai. The horses of that region are also called "Sarranian". These are all I can remember off the top of my head, but I know there are some more villages with strange stuff.
Timby Np. I know there's some more stuff with the villages, npcs, and even the custom battle characters, but it's been a while since I've played the game. Here's actually another one. I'm not sure if this is completely accurate, but one of the custom battle characters, Rodrigo something, is described as a trader turned criminal king pin who has some sort of illegal activity in each city. The merchant who we meet at the beginning of the game, who happens to be at every capital, mentions an increase in bandit activity. His brother was kidnapped for some commercial business. Perhaps, just as a theory, the bandits at the beginning of the game were organized by Rodrigo? He does have operations at each major city as described in his bio.
I have always been thinking about the Khergit boulders. They seem intentionally placed there, as the entire Khergit border is just tall, impassable ridges.
The history of the characters from "Custom Battles" have some interesting stuff. They mention several places outside Calradia, such as Zendar, a once thriving merchant City-State that was destroyed and its ppl scattered, the Overseas continent of Balion, the City of Geroia, metioned also by one of the companions in game, the Eastern Lands, mentioned also by a companion, the Northern lands, which is apparently where the Nords and their less civilized cousins, the Sea Raiders came from. There are many other places mentioned, I'm sure Taleworlds will explore this in Bannerlord, as the map is 3x larger :D
Easter egg: if you get ymira a helmet and turn her into lady ymira, if she is in a feast in a castle she wears a helmet indoors (this may not work as I have tried this glitch so many times! It only happened once on me)
Another thing to note: M&B was first going to be a fantasy game meaning theirs gonna be monster,witches,etc.(This is why the black knight armor exists).There is an abandoned enemy file(idk what to call it) that contains stats for zombies.Doing some digging,there was first going to be a quest where King Harlaus(the butterlord) dies and gets revived as the undead lord.
Not sure if it was a bug or I chose the right name and character specs, but once when I started a new character the world map player model (guy riding a horse) was on fire like a looted village. I could see exactly where I was from the farthest zoom level and when ever I lead war parties it looked liked hell was coming for however decided to piss me off that day.
Der Adler und seine Falken funnily enough my character on the xbox is doing the same thing. Armageddon... perhaps it is a doomsday reference if we name our characters a certain way.
Logan, der Adler, I don't know, I just tried naming my character Armageddon and it didn't work. We should definitely try testing this, though, see if we can figure out why.
I had heard that in one of the earliest builds of M&B there was a quest you could get to kill King Harlaus when he's sleeping and then he would rise from the dead and lead the army of the dead or something like that, it was just a rumor I had heard with some screenshots from game play. You can download it for free somewhere...….

Damn thats honestly pretty cool though one thing I wish is the idea of selling off lords to ransom brokers rather than waiting for the ransom money or the idea of more dialogue stuff for the captured lords and kings like forcing them to sign a peace treaty, making them arrange a better deal or ransom and all sorts of things to make capturing lords and kings a more worthwhile investment, I know that 2k denars is alot of money but it would be better if you could somehow force them to make the ransom higher in advance
If you consider the bones an Easter egg, you could've mentioned the slaughterhouse in The Village of Harringoth Castle (starts with an N) or the one village on the northern coast that's built out of the remains of an old castle
Other Easter egg in minecraft there is a chance your title screen in minecraft will have a sentence saying "Play mount and blade" or something like that but I cannot remember most of the parts on the top of my head
I earnestly hope that Bannerlord is utterly drenched in Easter Eggs and Secrets- hopefully many of which involving actual gameplay. I love Mount and Blade, but let's face it; the games so far have been really short on the lore/world interactivity and intrigue. That'd be especially great for those few like me, who'd like to break away from the grain of the series from time to time and try to play as a lone adventurer in the Calradian Universe.
When you help claimant capture the faction and force her to use wedding dress before the last siege to capture the faction, and then you siege the castle. It was just like, the queen just made a wedding ceremony and you ruin it, so she go out with her weapons but only wedding dress
1 easter egg in the game i found in a guide is that many people dont know this but (i think only in swadia) in the begging of the game if you avoid getting knocked unconscious by the bandit for 5 minutes and then you defeat him the trader gives you 5000 denars.
The way I got the full samurai set was by finding the strange armour and short sword in Rivacheg, then enabling the editor, going to Tihr and spawning "chest a" inside that chest was the strange helm and strange long sword. Then I went to Jelkala, spawned "chest a" again and got the rest of the samurai set. Now the full set is safe in a chest in my castle and I take it out and wear it from time to time for fun.

On the western part of the map, there is a land formation that looks like the fingers of a balled fist, with mountains shaped like knuckles. There is a path that leads to the east that's blocked by boulders in an odd way that almost suggests it was meant to lead to another area at one point. The Sarranid's belief system is actually holds the Hawk to be a sacred symbol. Which actually makes you wonder if all of the animals featured on the Factions 'about' page are similarly worshipped.
If you look into the game textures and search Undead you can find two masks of Undead. They were supposed to be implemented but they never fully completed the race thus making it as an easter egg for modders
One thing that yours soldiers and your guild master will say so much times is about the Rhodoks, the Rhodoks are the first to rebel against the others empires to become the old Calradic Empire, and the first kingdom that have adquired the old costumes of the Calradian people
In the advancement section on steam there's a few month python references such as these two Migrating coconuts Visit every town (The picture is a bird carrying a coconut it's a reference to monty python and the holy grail when the two soldiers were arguing over wether a swallow could carry a coconut) Expert bunny maker Aquire the highest engineering skill (This is another reference to the holy grail when the nights of the round table constructed a Trojan bunny which they were supposed to hide in but ended up forgetting)

Well my save file corrupted before it spawned in but after about 500 days ingame the pistol ammo started to spawn so I bought it and it seems the farther along you play the more likely it is to spawn in a shop. As I started buying all ammo for the pistol that kept spawning in khudan (my town) sadly though my game corrupted before I could hunt for the pistol.
I used to equip all my female companions with wedding gowns editted with higher armour stats, the male companions with a heraldic armour that wasn't normally available in game with higher armour stat also. I used heraldic armour because having your banner on the troops was cool (so you don't accidently shoot your own people, lol). And armed with Kurgan swords, then we'd be on the first assault line during sieges and battles. Good times
I'm just saying but the pistol is obtainable in multi player but it might have to be siege,,, so there's chests scattered around the map (has to be a castle map) and these chests can be destroyed for loot and I happen to have gotten the pistol,,, it has 1 bullet and is pretty strong but as u said it's not very accurate (I only got the pistol on a castle map)

Micah Philson I had a character named Aethelewulf on Xbox and it did the fire trail for the entire game and still does it.

I used to equip all my female companions with wedding gowns editted with higher armour stats, the male companions with a heraldic armour that wasn't normally available in game with higher armour stat also. I used heraldic armour because having your banner on the troops was cool (so you don't accidently shoot your own people, lol). And armed with Kurgan swords, then we'd be on the first assault line during sieges and battles. Good times
How do I reach the cheats store on Xbox one?
I'm just saying but the pistol is obtainable in multi player but it might have to be siege,,, so there's chests scattered around the map (has to be a castle map) and these chests can be destroyed for loot and I happen to have gotten the pistol,,, it has 1 bullet and is pretty strong but as u said it's not very accurate (I only got the pistol on a castle map)
