Cowboy Kent, There simply is no way to measure the true value of your videos. They are not just showing us how to prepare amazing food, but they are teaching us the values of faith, love and friendship. If we all would just love and honor our neighbors and then invite them over to share the blessings that come from enjoying a good meal, I am convinced that all of society's issues would be resolved. Thank you for sharing your faith, love, goodwill, knowledge and friendship with all of us. Keep up the good work! May God continue to bless you and Shannon in your efforts.

This video brought back so much memories growing up. My brothers and I would play hide and seek in the farmers corm field growing up. He grew Queen corn. He caught us one night and taught me a very important lesson in life. He brought us bags of corn every week because he knew we loved his corn field. Ill never forget that farmer.

Love that shoutout to Martha! You’re not just giving out great recipes , your heart and and respect to everyone is awesome. Thank u for keeping true sir! ❤️
When I was too young to remember anything, my family was just starting out and didn't have a lot of money. We lived in a small trailer in north Louisiana and my parents did their best to survive and work towards a better home. Dad has told me stories of how he would secretly go out into neighboring cornfields and grab as many ears of corn as he can for dinner. While I was way to small to remember any of that, I can imagine that they would cook it Mexican street style since my mother was Mexican. These corn recipes not only remind me of how delicious maize is but of the struggles my family went through in order for me to have a happy childhood. Thanks Kent!

Martha is my Momma. We thought it was a great shout out as well. My Momma was a huge supporter of our Military. Right before she passed she worked endlessly seeing that all the Vietnam Vets she knew and could find were honored with the 50 year pin. We sure love and miss her.💗🕊✝️
Rest easy, Miss Martha, in the arms of our Savior, and may God bless your loved ones. God bless you, Kent and Shannon, for being so wonderful! Now I'm craving elote!!

The best corn I've ever eaten was picked right off the stalk in my great uncle's garden in central Iowa one really hot summer day. As kids, it was fun to pick, shuck and make sure there were no worms hiding among the silk "strings." (glad you showed a couple -- caveman style just adds a little extra protein! Yes, I typed this as the vid was playing and before you said it!) Mom and grandma cooked it and oh, man, was it delicious. Never tried corn grilled and seasoned up the Cowboy Kent way or the Cowboy Caviar style. Both look wonderful. Heartfelt condolences for Martha Bryan's (sp?) family. I'll bet she could cook up some great meals and tell some great campfire tales! Good bible verse. :)
Every time I watch video of yours it makes me feel hungry at the same time full, full of all the love and care that you put in to make those wonderful dishes.
