Land Rover Defender Door Lock Sticking- repair advice

A common problem during winter with older Defenders
3 adjustments to make to the internal mechanism, when the lock is sticking.
Lubrication and De-greasing has failed to release it.

is there any good tutorial how to install the complete mechanism? I´ve completely disassembled the door and find it difficult to asseble it again ... thx
