    I tried this today in my practice and I have never had a practice where I was able to nail every single jump back and jump through. Wow! It really works!!

    It is the coordination which stretching legs back then landing w/tucked toes is seamless. So Beautiful❤

    This is such a great tutorial! I've been working on this transition for a few weeks and watching this helps tremendously. Especially the steps to take when building up to it. Laruga speaks so clearly and the points and slow motion portion really add to the demonstration. Namasté

    On the first part, knees to the chest and lift, it works for me only when I think of pulling in the belly button and maintaining that position.

    I started Ashtanga 17 years ago and exceled to beginning Third Series, but never could do a full jump back. I recently resumed practice of the First Series. This is the BEST breakdown of the jump back I have ever seen!
