We have an ender 5 plus printer. There is a problem with the Z axis while calibrating. Is there a way to reset the printer to factory settings?

Did you heat your bed before you did the mesh? It will change from cold to 60C. I am making my ender 5 plus to a mecury 1.1
Yes!! I preheat the Bed to 60c and Extruder to 225c. 😃
