If Kratos Was Charged For His Crimes

- Hello ladies and gentlemen of the jury, and everyone else here in witness to the trial of the people versus Kratos. This is a man who was committed a lot of heinous acts in his time, and in this, the current year, we are we are going to be trying him for all of his crimes in accordance to American laws and regulation. Now, I am neither a lawyer, nor an American, so those in the jury and all around the world are encouraged to add any additional charges that the court may have missed. Let The Trial Commence.

Your honor, in my client’s defense, he was slightly pissed off.😡
The “slightly” is destroying me☠️☠️☠️
Insanity plea.
Your honor, I plea for Insanity since he did all of this while hallucinating about greek gods.
*SLIGHTLY*
Yea! >=(
I was not prepared to hear Kratos being guilty of tax evasion.
I was ready to forgive him, but tax evasion? Now we have crossed the line
Funny how i seen this comment as that charge was brought up
YOOO ME TOO
You know he's fucked at that point.
@@thescorpion575lmfaooo funny bro
Your honor, my client spent the two most recent games and a DLC showing how sorry he is.
The honor: “By killing more Gods and committing destruction of property? We also can include multiple accounts of child endangerment “. But to be fair he is sorry and all of that was self defence, I hear-by declare the defendant not guilty
@@GGGyes4764 Your honour, he stopped the madness of the corrupted Odin and served him justice as the newly elected President of Scandinavia, and he was forgiven of his crimes in Valhalla

Which culminated in him SAVING THE REALMS FROM THE END OF THE WORLD
To be fair, you could use the argument that Kratos was being coerced or not in a sane state of mind during the Greek saga.
Not in GoW III
@@arrownoirthat was the most insane Kratos has ever been, lol
@@arrownoirWhy?
I agree in GoW 1, 2, ghost, and chains, but in ascension that was him being sane and 3 he was cucoco for cocoa puffs. (Part of this psychotic breakfest)
@@martinc8965Because he chose to attack Olympus. There was no I that coerced him into doing it.

Kratos got 75 life sentences and in Megamind it said he is serving 85 life sentences makes you wonder what Megamind did that was worse💀
I'd argue that Kratos' life sentences should be lower because gods, titans, and the undead aren't people and therefore him killing them shouldn't count as murders.
Being voiced by Will Ferrell
@@eviceWhy? Aren’t they even more important than people since they create life?
@@garrynewman6211 Because murder only applies when a human being kills another human being without a legal justification.
Kratos himself isnt a human so that doesnt justify him@@evice
So if Kratos has to pay fines, what is the exchange rate between blood orbs and USD.
Good question, I’m assuming blood orbs from rarer blood types would yield a higher currency
I can see this in two ways. Let's first assume that the average of blood orbs dropped are 5.
1 - Each orb represents partially how much money a person's life Is worth. For the sake of argument, 1/5 of all the earnings said person amassed during their lifetime.
2 - If we're going into black market prices the same way organs are treated there, so the orbs as life essence could be worth millions each.
@skibot9974 Not necessarily. From a utility POV, there is not a lot of demand for type B blood, since you can give that person O. But rarer sub antigens can be more valuable
Then he just keeps getting charged for trying to obtain the blood orbs 😭
If we assume hacksilver holds the same value as real life hacksilver then he might be able to pay those fines since since he has millions of hacksilver pieces and each one would be extremely valuable to collectors in the modern day
your Honor, my client had nightmares and the gods broke a pinky promise!
Your honour, my client pleaded "oopsie"
God of War 3 was Kratos's court case and Kratos represented himself.
And he was everyones judge jury and executioner
It's funny that even if Kratos was imprisoned for his crimes, he would still be alive after serving his sentence.
yeah, that makes the punishment seem a bit light considering everything.
Killing him doesn’t even work. He can serve the death penalty once and get cleared on all charges after he’s declared dead. And so when he resurrects by leaving the afterlife he’ll be a free man
@@TheUncivilizedNationhe’ll be a free man like Morgan in this betch
Not actually, he is around a 1000 years old@@VatanKomurcu
Also which police officer is going to stop kratos?!💀
The Funny Part Is That Kratos In Actual Mythology Was The God Who Sent Punishments To People Who Commited Crimes😂
Actually he's the god of strength right?🤔
@@shadowslayer2929 technically yes but he was actually the one who protected the laws of zeus and whoever didn't follow them would be killed or torured
The irony
Cratus is his mythology name.
Even if you give his the death penalty he will just climb out of hell
Ikr🤣
Would have loved if this was Greek laws instead of American laws.
That'd be serious commitment to justice lol
In Greek laws he would prolly get the most special celestial torture or sum 💀
Murder would end in death stealing death Breaking things up cant replace death death death 😂
That’s what pisses me off so MUCH, you cant use modern laws before they were actually signed/implemented, the most i’ve seen of this is OSHA, it was implemented in December of 1960 (even then certain violations weren’t implemented i think), you cant have an OSHA violation in 1950 because it didn’t exist, the entire GoW franchise takes place in BC, we know this because there is a historical war shown in the games hence forth any modern law is null, this is also in the time where you can say “This man is an afront to Ares! He hid in times of his home being destroyed by invaders! Kill him!” And you would get away with it just because of that
Your honor, the defense requests the charges to be dropped because he's *REALLY* sorry and regretful of each and every one of these crimes.
As for the jury, would *YOU* want to be responsible for a single father to be separated from his still developing son? Especially after such a short time after his mother passed away? Don't be the real monsters here...
I feel as if living with the weight of every single bit of remorse all these crimes carry is emotionally torturous enough as a consequence...
To be fair, seems like Atreus dont wanna be around him anyway, maybe better off? 🤷
Jury: Not Guilty! On the grounds that I want to live!
Your honor, it’s been 1000 years since, forgive ma boy Kratos
@@NerdJunk13atreus: Literally works with a known war criminal who masterminded and led to the harm and death of at least some of every civilisation in their region to save said father. He may be dumb but at least he doesn’t want him to die
not even saul goodman can fix this💀
I'm just trying to imagine Atreus' reaction to a court judge casually listing all the crimes of his father
In his defense he told most all those he killed or dismembered to get out his way or else
Those doesn’t excuse those he killed that were completely innocent. Kratos was a Spartan general and was killing innocents before he met Ares but that was just the life of a Spartan warrior in ancient times. Now you could argue that he didn’t have the choice in the matter because he was trained to be a Spartan since childhood and the life of a Spartan was brutal
11:11 - 11:39 I don't agree with the Child Endangerment part because Kratos was doing it to save her 😂
And she was already dead so I don't think that's gonna stick in court
@@mpsins Exactly
if he stayed with her it meant the possible destruction of the entire greek world. And im sure kratos understood he didn't have the time to explain the entire situation to her. Let alone tell her she was technically already dead. If she wasn't already made aware that she was basically in the afterlife.
yeah, kratos was 100% justified in making this decision
And I don't agree with plenty of other pathetic laws yet the fools all believe they're always right
Your honor, my client pleads "whoopsy Daisy"
😆 🤣
(After his guilty conviction)
*Drops the soap*

So will there be a follow-up video judging the Greek pantheon for their crimes? I imagine they're not in a position to be throwing stones (not that they're alive to speak in their defence....)
Yeah just the rape charges alone would burry the majority of the Greek pantheon, that's not counting all the tortures and body mutilations
The Greek Pantheon is the governing authority of Greece and their natural position of being gods puts them above their own laws that Zeus created himself

In my client's defence: Freebird was playing
After seeing this list of crimes Kratos has done, I can 1000% truly see Kratos felt like he doesnt deserve love and redemption when Kratos was in Nordic lands.
He did some fuck up shit. I would have felt I dont deserve redemption either if I was Kraros.
That’s the point of him finally being able to forgive himself when he had to face to face with his younger self. He knows he may never be forgiven by those he he hurt especially in Greece but he can tell to make amends and be better.

Kratos did tax evasion? He's just as bad as Yoshi.
Tbf it is more like not paying a loan shark so tax evasion but smaller than government level
Your honor, I would argue that Sparta is a police state and Spartans acted like law enforcement officers. So he may be guilty of some of these crimes but he feared for his life and he deeply regrets his actions. I say we just fire him from the force, keep him out of jail and we continue to pay his pension out of tax dollars.
