    Hehe, i find it so funny hearing you saying it feels a big bike:)). I am a small guy (1.7 m), but very heavy (150kg), and I do own a ninja 1000sx, and just bought a cmx 1100. Besides the fact that I liked how easy is to handle it, i liked it because i felt it smaller than the ninja:D. It is funny how the perspective works..

    I was just watching your newest video about how you “suck" as a rider. Then I remembered this video of you on the same bike that I have and how well you rode this bike! I have the 2022 DCT (I can’t use a gear lever anymore) model, and your technique and skills were outstanding on this bike! I can understand wanting to be proficient motorcyclist, but I don’t think you would have too far to go to achieve proficiency. I am 6ft tall and you were doing better than me (well maybe😅) on technically my bike!!! Ever since I started watching your videos, I haven’t seen anything outstanding about a lack of your riding skills! Sure, take a motorcycle safety course would definitely be beneficial to any rider, even the most experienced riders because there’s always something new to learn and improve on. If I thought you were a mediocre rider, I wouldn’t have signed up for your channel. 👍🇺🇸✌️

      Thank you for your very nice comment. Tpdays Videos was also a Bit so that people know a Bit what i can do on a bike so that there is a realistic Image out there. Because i feel like many people Experte a lot of themsefs. Kind of to have a good and honest Dialog ☺️.
      The Honda Rebell is honestly sutch a cool bike. I wish i would have one ☺️

    If you enjoy this bike and the other ones you mention you should look into the suzuki intruder m800, the ones from around 2005 got a very similiar look and feel to this. Drove on of these myself and it was an awesome bike. Can probably find one of em for a reasonable price as well

    Great review, was nice seeing Lisboa through a bike perspective even though i live in the UK now haha. But yeah like you said this bike is amazing sort of beginner bike along with the 500, looking to start learning how to ride and get my license soon with the dream being the Indian Sport Chief, which i think if you get the opportunity should test ride

    My friend, I purchased the 2022 Honda Rebel CMX1100 DCT with only 1224 miles on the clock. In order to make the bike comfortable for me, I put bar end mirrors for better visibility, swapped out the seat for a Mustang Solo Seat, installed a 2 Brothers Slip On Exhaust, a full Memphis Shades Batwing Fairing and now my bike looks, sounds and feels better. As far as the top speed limiter is concerned, I am going to have the ECU flashed in order to make the bike do what it was built to do. In my opinion, there’s no stock bike that you can get that you will have absolutely nothing to do to it. I believe that we all tailor our bikes to our own preferences and tastes. We personalize our bikes if you will. I love this bike and all of its capabilities, features and potentials. On paper it beats out a few of the higher end cruisers on the market, and I happen to like my bike’s design and aesthetics! Honda thought out of the box with this one. High quality and low maintenance, it should last a lifetime! 👍

      Very excited I just traded my 2014 street glide for a new 2024 metallic blue 1100a. I ordered the Memphis shades gauntlet faring, burly mirrors, and the mustang seat. Thinning shocks and the Coffman exhaust but we will see. Glad you love it, I can’t wait to ride and go through the twists so much more now than driving the 1k lb bike. Street glide was definitely comfortable but was so large and took up a ton of garage real estate.

    • @RollWithSoul317

      @@Draz1984 The Honda Rebel CMX1100 is surprisingly light and nimble, you will love it on the twisties, but don’t be surprised if you scrape the pegs little bit! Stay safe and enjoy your new ride! 👍

    • @Draz1984

      @@RollWithSoul317thank you! I’m considering the burly stiletto shocks to raise the back another 2” but I do expect to scrape some for sure. The street glide I think because of weight always made me nervous going into corners. Before that I had the vrod muscle with a giant rear tire so that was also trying going into corners.

      @@Draz1984 I swapped out the regular foot pegs for the wider foot boards a week ago, and they have scrape marks already but not too bad! But it is what it is, and it’s to be expected when I have to learn into a corner! However, if that’s the only issue I have with my bike, then I will gladly accept that! 😎👍

    I am impressed by your riding and review, it is now being considered over the Indian Scout as they are really expensive yet this bike comes very close to power and the size would be perfect as I am over 6 feet tall. Outside of minute issues, mirrors are now getting smaller and cheaper made, but you can buy aftermarket to make up for that, New seat is a must. Otherwise thank you for a very good and informative review. Now this is a alternate to the Indian Scout 101, as it costs close to 20K This is half yet it can do the job needed.

    The reliability is great. I just reached 24,000 miles on my 2022 manual (bought brand new Jan 2022) and still not a single issue. I didn’t even get the oil leak issue some got. I keep up decently with my 600cc sport bike friends even through twisties (mostly, I scrap my pegs maxing the lean angle 😂) and on long rides with my cruiser group full of Harleys.
    I plan on keeping this bike for a long time. Great all-around motorcycle.

    I like your review style. I guess you‘ll never be the first one to review a specific bike, so there are already a lot of reviews for that bike on YT, often parroting the specs from the same press info flyer while showing a mix of walkaround videos and stylish lifestyle-focused video snippets provided by the manufacturer‘s PR department. Those are informative, but boring.
    I really like an honest and subjective opinion about a bike instead. How does it feel to ride it? „This bike has 2.5 hp more than the other one, and it‘s 2 kg heavier.“ So what, couldn’t care less. Tell me if you enjoy flicking it through the twisties. Or if it reminds you of that other bike that you had for years and still regret selling. That’s what keeps me watching.

      Vielen dank.

    With the Euro 5 most of the exhaust sound is muted by the cats, and before the end can. My understand in Germany is that any add-on has to also be EU compliant with appropriate paperwork, so I wouldn't waste your money on a different end can for noise purposes. Changing for looks is a different matter.
    I like the riding reviews .
    In view of your height, try an adventure bike. I suggest you watch Andymancam, who's a Brit living in Germany who's 6'4" and recently converted to adventure bikes because of his height.

    • @FreeMilesMC

      I mean even with the strict regulations there are still some exhausts that sound quite nice.
      In regard to adv bikes because of the hight issue. One thing I don’t like about adv bikes for me personally if I spent my money on an adv bike I would have to get a proper one also for the big tours because of the channel. But most of my riding is actually on German roads at home. Here any offroad riding is illegal which kind of defeats the purpose of an adventure bike.
      But in general the idea of a bigger bike fascinates me I would love to maybe get somthing like a hayabusa, or a big cruiser. But most likely that will have to be reserved for years to come because of finances

      @mrcintheuk4641 yes that’s true but if I would buy one I would 100% want to take it offroad😂😂. Well to be realistic I would probably buy a small cc adventure bike anyway. Something like the Honda 300cc ones. That actually can go offroad quite well
