Gabriel, you are fortunate to have missed the flooding and landslides in Himachal Pradesh. The region has been experiencing the effects of climate change and deforestation as towns have expanded into the hills. As you can see most of the hills are bare and devoid of trees. Safe trip!

Hi Gabriel, that was some hike up there's no doubt many people will not make this trek it's a bit out of the way. You have the old explorer credo of getting to these out-the-way locations the credo of Star Trek to boldly go where no man has gone before. I love the fact that she grabbed that bag with ease. That bag must weigh more than 30 lbs. There seems to be a mixture of Indian and native people of Nepal these people have such a deeply rooted sense of the past that it will or has clashed with the more modern methods of the future. I'm sure they're at a crossroads with that as many countries are making this transition a feeling of surrendering the past for the future in making the decision which is better and why. We still can coexist and live in greater harmony. It is possible, but it takes cooperation and acceptance.
