what would be really really cool is if they added a training ground area, where you could refund your skills and test anything against training dummies for as long as you want, and then when you leave everything is set back to how it was when you walked in, that would help the community so much, hell make it in the earth forge and eyevea if they want, or make it some prophet deadric plane magic place whatever. just a place you can freely test stuff
Also I was wondering if you or anyone else here knew if the recommendations for the CP allocation apply for bow users as well? It appears in the document that it doesn't even consider the bow mastery, but only melee, was just checking if its optimal or not, otherwise ill try to figure it out myself for the bow

I am flip flopping on which to power level to max... I am leaning towards Stamplar. I mean I know that the DK has the only Stam Ultimate. But, repentance is so good, plus jabs hits like a mac truck. I have been having a hard time dying as either though.... So any opinion would be awesome.

so what if you rely on a staff as a magika nb? i.e light and heavy attack weave with swallow soul would you still put none into staff expert if it is a main form of DPS along side other spells like cripple and swallow soul?

It happens with the empowered buff that increases damage on next attack by 20%. Like after using entropy from the Mage guild skill line with its passives unlocked
+Nasser Alanazi I think the name of the passive is might of the guild it's the last one in the mages guild. There is also champion system bonus that gives the same buff after blocking a heavy attack I think. This glowy arm thing is not just for sorcerer and it can bug sometimes making your arms glow all the time

Question on Veteran Ranks - Returning Player VR12 I was VR12 but only had 60 CP. If I continue to grind mobs and gain CP will my VR number increase, such as earning 120 CP or 160? Or do I need to find a way to earn VR exp on mobs that give VR experience. Before I was grinding on VR10 mobs and chain pulling, but I noticed they are only giving CP exp now and not VR exp. Thanks for any clarifications you can provide or answers.
+Myscha the sleddog You are getting just general EXP, but I assume that you are enlightened? (if you hover over your CP EXP bar it should say) so your CP is going up much quicker than your level so you may think you're only earning CP EXP but actually you're earning both but CP is just going up a lot quicker. Hope this helped.
Im still surprised that they "got rid of the grind" and then added the CP grind which is ultimately worse and requires more exp to reach the level cap. I really wish games would understand that changing the number that goes up when you grind is no different from leaving a grind alone.

I wish all the people using stam builds would rally to get ZOS to change hardy to something else cos the physical damage reduction is a joke my builds are literally hitting half as hard in PVP and magicka builds are hitting much harder due to elemental expert like its the most imbalanced change I have ever seen them introduce so far. Also our ultimates arent hitting for much either unless youre a DK but even leap is nerfed by hardy...

Abilities are used more than ultimates i would go stamplar

If you're talking about in PVP it might be because you're in azuras star which is a no cp campaign now that could be it.
What console u play on
thaumaturge buffing jabs more than mighty makes no sense at all since they both give the same percentage bonus
The extra damage comes from the burning light proc which is magic damage creating more overall DPS for his Jabs
