Thanks to Randy for selecting a bottle that I know little about, much less a distillery. Also, thanks for a really nice review. Truth be told, I do miss the selecting of a treat to be paired with the pour. Nobody else pairs treats with their pour.
Hey, 267 would've been that Tamnavulin you talked about 😂. I've not had Tamnavulin for ages since I try to go 46%/no color or filtering most of the time. Have not seen the 14YO.
Right, IB's generally offer a much more complex version of a Distiller's spirit, due to the flexibility they have: not needing (or wanting) to produce a mass market release. Cheers!@@TheSurgeHunter

Thanks for jumping in, we really enjoy the Tamnavulin spirit. You will see some more pairings in the future. Cheers!

Also I would say 60-70% of my purchases these days are Independent bottlings. Lovely stuff if you know what IB has your palate in mind.
RANDY!!!!!! he's such a tease. Cheers!

Like a bee sting amongst the thistle?
HA!!! love it.
I have a SMWS bottling called "Watch out for the Thorn" and its light and floral... but it has a spicy zing to it at the end.
